There are also things that I would like to improve. There were very few fruits (not at all), and it was summer... I didn’t have a very good placement - the windows started at chest level. Although there are no complaints about the room itself, it was equipped normally, it was serviced ok, high ceilings, high quality linen. The procedures are compiled chaotically, without thinking about quality - for example, a shower after lunch or a massage. They refuse to change the time because there are a lot of people. Treatment times are reduced compared to other hotels. They said it was because there were a lot of people. So they want money but are unable to provide it. There is no dirt - we had to go to another hotel for extra money. Although the hotel was chosen because of the advertised dirt. Food is actually a song. The quality is terrible - no eggs, no cottage cheese, no fruit, no baked goods - meat, potatoes, sausage - hmm, of course someone can be cured with such a diet. And of course, if you have time to eat - learned people go to the beginning of breakfast - lunch - but if the procedure and came later, then go hungry - they say it’s all over. So I paid for the food but had to eat it outside because the hotel didn’t provide it. There is a feeling that you are in the Soviet era of the 70s; neither the staff nor the management need anything - everything is done for show.

1. I can’t imagine how people with disabilities can move - there are stairs or steps everywhere. 2. Food - quality leaves nothing to be desired. Although the meal period is posted on the wall, the food ends after an hour. And if you come for breakfast not at 7 but at 8, then the chance of eating is zero. We went to eat in restaurants. After calling the sanatorium, the food situation improved more or less. 3. Treatment - massages 15 minutes, when in other hotels 20; procedures after which other hotels offer a 5-minute rest, then leave here immediately. A number of procedures generally happen very strangely, like in a concentration camp - they herd people into one room and force them to undress - these are gas injections where they force 6 people at a time, and a room where there is a Charcot shower and a massage bath and a Kneipp path and something else - one room, everyone is naked and it’s just terrible - it’s not a treatment, it’s stress. They also charge money for things that are free in other hotels - swimming pool, sauna, Kneipp track, Nordic walking. Some of the advertised procedures are missing because either they are broken or there is no specialist.

Inconvenient lunch and dinner schedule. They end very early compared to other sanatoriums. The food became monotonous and meager. If you are not one of the first to arrive for lunch, then in an hour there will be no meat for the soup. This meat is brought out in a separate plate only once. When you ask the waiters to bring meat, they answer that the meat is out. In second courses, the cook can put 50 grams of meat on one plate, and the whole hundred on another. Who's lucky? And since the number of grams is not indicated on the menu, it is impossible to complain. Sometimes regular boiled or fried potatoes run out very quickly. They started giving fruit for lunch every other day. Although they used to give it every day. As for treatment: procedures are divided into basic (more expensive) and auxiliary. Although your website does not mention a word about this. The doctor tries to prescribe fewer main procedures and more auxiliary ones, but so that the total number of procedures corresponds to the stated ones. During the first procedure of peat applications, I was given a parafango. And if I had not been indignant, they would have done the same thing in the future. Even after I went to the doctor, instead of applications of natural healing mud (as beautifully shown in your video), I was given peat pads (peat inside a napkin). I even had to call your resort doctor, but she didn’t help in any way, citing that she was on a business trip. I think they replaced a more expensive procedure with a less expensive one. I read dozens of reviews before visiting the sanatorium. Spent 22 days in Krivan. I share my impressions. The main idea: If you are going to rest and heal, rest and heal. If you are looking for shortcomings in maintenance and service, stay at home. Small negative details always exist. It’s impossible without them. I don’t know what happened before me and what will happen after me, but having meat and fish dishes for breakfast in addition to the traditional buffet is not bad at all. In the evening, for 22 days, the main (custom) dishes were not repeated even once. Salads - yes. But that's what they are salads for. We ate without restrictions, limits and diets. And....lost weight. Yes, not so much with fruit. This means it’s not the season yet... The room is small, but with ceilings of 4 meters. Not all have a beautiful view from the window and soft beds. These details are important in your apartment, here is the #1 treatment. Yes, there is dust here and there. Tomorrow they will wipe it... Yes, the fluorescent lamp has burned out. The rest burn well. Cleaning - daily. In three weeks, bed linen was changed four times and towels were changed daily. Procedures - on time, it is necessary to replace something - please reschedule the procedure - no problem. If you want a specific procedure more often, you will get it... The medical staff treated us with respect. The weather in April-May is cool. But nature doesn't have bad weather. We left on May 6 to the accompaniment of wet snow, but we didn’t want to leave.
