We were very pleased with the trip. This was the first experience, and it turned out to be very positive. The sanatorium has an excellent location, very pleasant rooms, on our floor there was a common room where guests gathered to chat and play cards. We found excellent rooms with fresh renovation. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed frequently, and a bathrobe is provided. The staff is friendly and almost always helpful. By the way, there are a lot of staff from Ukraine working in the sanatorium, everyone speaks Russian, everyone is very friendly. they wrote here that the procedures begin very early, and this is true; I had procedures at 7 am. but I assure you, it didn’t bother me at all. We walked so much during the day that we fell from fatigue early in the evening, so it was not difficult to get up at fifteen minutes to 7, put on a robe and go for the procedure. The medical unit in Krivan is located in the same building. The sanatorium is very large, so there is always someone to exchange words with, even if you come alone. I don’t know how it would have been in the high season, we were there in early March, and there were already a lot of people in the sanatorium. As for the food, I can say that everything was acceptable and varied. Maybe some people didn't like endless coleslaws, but we're not very picky. We went there in the hope of losing weight, so if we didn’t really like something, we simply didn’t eat it. but we didn’t manage to lose weight, we were still fed well!Negatives
I was prescribed massages, and they were not always of a good standard. There were massage therapists who simply poured oil on you and then stroked you. and there were also very good girls masseuses. Unfortunately, you cannot choose one specialist and always go to him.

This was our first vacation in Karlovy Vary. The impressions from living and treatment at the sanatorium exceeded our expectations! The sanatorium building is located a 5-minute walk from the colonnade with springs. All medical and health procedures are carried out in the sanatorium building. We had a rest and treatment in February, so it was very convenient. The resort staff is very attentive and friendly. The small room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed linen and towels are perfectly clean and changed regularly. Each room is provided with a terry robe. Rooms are cleaned daily. All employees of the sanatorium take their duties very seriously. I really liked the food - varied, always fresh and beautifully presented. Many thanks to all the staff of the sanatorium for their work and care for the guests!

For three times now, my husband and I have rested and been treated in Krivan, the staff is qualified. All problems were solved in a couple of minutes. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite, the food is delicious. And we can take our dog with us. We are very, very satisfied and will come here again.

I had to pay 10 euros for writing out a prescription to my own doctor at the sanatorium. In addition, the doctor was not competent to know which medications were issued with a prescription and which were not.

Food. I eat little, but the food did not bring me joy. It is clear that the hotel is 3*, but this does not mean that all dishes should be prepared for a measly C grade under the motto “The economy should be economical.” There was always something missing from the buffet: either cakes or omelettes. In salads, as well as in soups, onions dominate (since they are cheaper). Sad sliced, lonely cucumbers, and sad cabbage. Pieces of goulash, lost in huge pieces of bread (although it turned out that these are traditional Czech bread dumplings), or dumplings in a thick, chewy dough. Just some kind of coven of bad recipes and inept cooks.

It was very disappointing that in the morning they served half the Thermokanne coffee (out of six people, only three could drink it). I constantly had to ask for more, and unfortunately what they brought was not coffee but leftover coffee grounds. And this happens almost every morning. Three years ago the quality of food was much better.

We vacationed in Karlovy Vary for the first time, we came on the recommendation of our friends, and now we will recommend a vacation in your wonderful hotel to our friends and relatives! All liked it! At the restaurant, our table was served by the waitress Lyubochka, always friendly, all the staff speak Russian and German, which makes communication easier, the nurses and doctors are all professionals in their field! Very attentive to the wishes of vacationers! Saunas and a swimming pool, which you can simply go down by elevator in bathrobes, are an additional bonus to medical services! The beds were a bit uncomfortable for tall men; if you were about 2 meters tall, you had to prop up the ottoman and sleep diagonally, since the second headboard made it difficult to stretch your legs!
