The doctor saw me within the first hour after arrival, quickly and without delay they prescribed procedures - I didn’t even have time to check into the room yet.. The medical staff is friendly (with very rare exceptions, well, maybe the person has that kind of character!) It’s very good that the hotel has its own restaurant, and not imported heated food. The room stock is a bit old, of course... The mattresses are very hard, the pillows are bad. In April, the rooms no longer have heating, the laundry does not dry well, and the bathroom is quite cool. There are many steps, it is inconvenient to walk with a suitcase. In restaurant buffets, dishes are often heavily salted and peppered, although the main profile of the HF is gastrointestinal. The hotel is located almost in the center. It's not far to the springs. The cuisine is varied (up to eight dishes, upon pre-order). The treatment is good, no need to wait. There is a private garage (5 euros) per day. Overall we had a good holiday.Negatives
If you are given a room in the third building, you will have to walk up the steps, which will be unpleasant for people with walking problems. For smokers - a problem! The hotel is non-smoking, you have to go outside (gazebo). Audibility in the room is "good".

The procedures are not what you want, but many different ones that are not needed at all. If you want something more, you have to pay extra, and there won’t always be space, since the sanatoriums are overcrowded. Dinner is not tasty, it’s good to at least have boiled potatoes, but you may not get that if you come late.

Fantastic, we had a rest, received some treatment, our doctor Sofia was very competent and a good doctor, we were in the Krivan Hotel, the location was excellent, the service was excellent. food, procedures are all excellent, the beds are a little old, but the overall positive was not so serious. The doctor looked at the information on the computer from the previous stay, made changes based on my words, and that was the end of the appointment. I didn’t even measure the blood pressure of the hypertensive patient, citing the fact that the day before (the day before the doctor’s appointment, after the flight) the nurse measured the blood pressure. Obviously, I didn’t go to the follow-up examination. There is no point in attending gymnastics in the pool when it is taught by a young man (red-haired), unfortunately I don’t know his last name, I doubt that he was trained in this discipline. I was treated and rested in the Krivan sanatorium from February 2 to February 16. I am on vacation for the sixth year in a row and only in this sanatorium. I always have a single room, spacious and comfortable enough for one person. Cleaned every day, quite clean, towels changed almost daily, bed linen 3-4 times in 2 weeks, bathrobes upon request. I am always satisfied with the treatment and service of the staff. Good healing part. This year I had a very good and attentive doctor - Olga Makovskaya. She prescribed all the procedures that I wanted to receive. She told me everything about the test results and gave the necessary recommendations. The staff during the procedures are very friendly and always ready to help. There were no problems with the scheduling of procedures. The food always suits me too. The waiters Bogdan and Tatyana are great. Everything is always delivered and put away on time. It is very comfortable to relax and receive treatment in Krivan, because... The location of the resort is excellent. Very close to all sources, pharmacies and shops, to the meeting point for all excursions. I'll definitely come next year.Negatives

I was treated and rested in the Krivan sanatorium from February 6 to February 20. The room was single, quite spacious and comfortable. The treatment and service of the staff were at a fairly good level. The food was also a pleasant surprise. I have been to other sanatoriums many times before. It turned out to be more comfortable to relax and receive treatment in Krivan than in previous sanatoriums.
