Minor problems related to food. The food was snapped up instantly, but it was not replenished as quickly as we would have liked. Popular dishes run out quickly and at some point are no longer replenished. For some reason, there is a particular shortage of potato dishes. It also turned out that paper napkins are provided in the room only once a month. When I checked in, they were no longer there and the maid had no opportunity to report them. Room cleaning is average. In general, do not forget that the sanatorium is three-star and, in my opinion, earns its three stars.

A wonderful sanatorium. I have been receiving treatment since 2010. Magnificent building and restaurant premises, good rooms. I am allergic, they always accommodate me halfway (Eva - many thanks to her). The doctors I saw were very attentive and sensitive (Nat. Krasenkova, Belov, Sofia). I caught a cold on 08/29/18. Nurse on duty at 6 o'clock. I measured t, gave rinses, saw Dr. Sofia at 8, took into account all my chronic diseases and prescribed treatment and a visit on September 30. The mattress is too hard for my back - they put a second one. More Pros: 1) Location - couldn't be better! (any source is close, on an excursion - nearby, if we are not leaving from the sanatorium; walking, breathing fresh air is not dangerous until late at night) 2) the Krivan sanatorium is not a hotel or SPA adapted for treatment, but a stationary sanatorium, from here we draw conclusions - regime and menu nutrition, thermal water supplied to the treatment base, more than 50 medical procedures at a high level, clear and organized work of the computer registry according to the treatment plan. 3) round-the-clock duty of medical staff, where they will provide first aid and measure blood pressure if necessary 4) it seems like such a small thing as the presence of airport scales (indicating the weight and size standards for luggage and the RK) in a convenient location, and how it helps with packing! Everything is fine, only this year the food was worse, especially with breakfast, if you arrive half an hour before the end, more than half of the assortment is already gone. Every day for breakfast the same thing. Also at the end of lunch time you won’t find dessert. Everything in the rooms is not bad, only the floors are very creaky, the soft covering is laid on old creaky parquet.

I stayed at the Krivan sanatorium from August 12 to August 26, 2018. The final impression is very good. I won’t talk about solid three stars and price-quality ratio. It was my first time in a sanatorium. The most wonderful, kind people and excellent professionals work in Krivan. I would like to immediately thank the massage therapist Marek, the parafango sisters Stanechka and Monika, and the bath procedure sister Oksana. I don’t know the names of the nurses who do gas injections and ultrasound procedures, I am very grateful to them and I think it’s not just me. Always very attentive, friendly, asking how everything went. If someone asked to have the procedure done earlier or later, they always go to the meeting. I was 5 minutes late once. on parafango, but I had the procedure done in full.. The treatment base is quite powerful, everything that is indicated on the website corresponds to availability. The wellness center is modern, I really liked the pool and the same nice and polite people work there. If someone forgets the card, they won’t send you back, everything is on the computer, you can bring the card in. later. Special thanks to the chief physician - Dr. Ganzalova. At first glance, it may seem that she is a little slow, but in fact, she is a very attentive doctor, she meticulously studied all my certificates, asked serious questions when prescribing procedures, and asked my preferences. We arrived on Sunday and on the same day, we were seen by the head nurse and the doctor. And then we went to the doctor without an appointment more than once. In terms of nutrition, they are fed for slaughter. we took breakfast and dinner, and did not regret it, because... 4-5 procedures per day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Taking into account the drinking rate, we even experienced some time pressure, it’s good that the hotel is located close to the springs. and dinner started early at 5:30 p.m. The waiters are kind and responsive. If some dishes run out, they always add more. and you don’t even have to ask. If you take some kind of sandwich with you, no one will say anything. I have read many reviews from 2017 and 2018 and I want to note that the comments made by previous guests have been implemented. But I would also leave some suggestions: 1) the floor in the locker room in the pool is slippery, a mat would be nice; 2) the buffet equipment in the dining room could use some updating; 3) you need to include fresh fruits in your diet. And two words about cleaning the room. We got a room in building 1 with windows facing the courtyard. The room is spacious with a refrigerator, kettle and no air conditioning. There is only solid and liquid soap in the bathroom. Shampoo and gel can be bought in Bill on Masaryk Street (200 m). There were renovation works going on in the courtyard during the day, but during the day we were almost not in the room, so it didn’t really bother us. The room was cleaned very carefully, linens were changed 3 times in 2 weeks, bathrobes - 2 times, towels almost every day. There was some negativity. The schedule of procedures is compiled by a nurse (I don’t know the name), a tall, thin blonde (there’s only one like that). He allows himself to be rude, shouts, throws documents. Replacement procedures cost 60 CZK or you need to go to the main doctor. I went more than once because errors kept appearing on the computer. When replacing, I lost 1 procedure - the swimming pool and 3 more for which I paid extra. In response to my request to return the pool, she switched to Czech with a hateful intonation. Of all the words, I understood only two - “Russia” and “baba”. And when I said that I would complain to the Sanatorium, that was the only thing that could stop her. As a result, gas injections were installed instead of a swimming pool. To say that the mood was ruined would be an understatement. I wanted to leave this sanatorium, despite paying almost 900 euros. I have never encountered such rudeness. It's just kind of crazy. Almost all the guests at the hotel are Russian, and we should not suffer because one of the employees has problems on ethnic grounds. And I went to the chief doctor Ganzalova and told everything. I don’t know what happened, but after that there was silence at the procedure scheduling counter. And yet, the Schedule is drawn up without our presence, so it must be checked immediately, otherwise you will spend a lot of time in queues. and pay attention to weekends (they don’t warn you) if you are going on an excursion, otherwise 60 CZK. Then, fortunately, everything went as described above in a positive way. The impression of Krivan was pleasant. except for the tall, skinny blonde.

1) From the first day the refrigerator did not work, its door did not close, which is why it constantly leaked onto the furniture and the floor. More than once I contacted the cleaning staff at the reception to have it fixed, but to no avail. In 2 weeks, no one fixed it... 2) Disgusting staff in the restaurant, girls from Ukraine, with a sour face and disgust, are sent to the manager for all questions. There were also 2 Czech guys working there, tall, thin, normal, but the second guy doesn’t speak any language (they tried Russian, English, German), according to Rusik, he only knows the word “pi*dets,” which he constantly used. At the same time, as he passed by the tables, he muttered insults in Czech under his breath towards all the guests. And in general he gave the impression of a mentally ill person! 3) Dishes for lunch and dinner did not taste good. Since this is my second time coming to this hotel, nothing has changed since last year. I recommend measuring the cook, or sending him to advanced training courses. 4) As for cleaning, the first week was cleaned by a Czech girl, everything was great. She's a great guy and a very nice person. But then, in the second week, two girls came from Ukraine, they went together all the time. Nothing was cleaned or changed in the room, even the garbage lay there for several days. I only found them riding the elevator back and forth all day long. I would recommend that someone check the quality of cleaning, as the garbage lay there and stank for 3 days. 5) The Internet is terrible (especially building 3). It just doesn't catch and doesn't work. Last year there were no problems with the Internet. I hope that the hotel administration is able to recruit more qualified staff and supervise them.

There are no air conditioners or even fans in the resort. In hot July it was very difficult to be in the room, even at night. The food leaves much to be desired. In addition, if after the procedures you come for lunch or breakfast later, you risk not finding parts of the dishes at all. Elementary is not enough. Almost no fruit. The treatment is good, but scheduling these very procedures is worse than ever. How can you put an 80+ elderly person in the pool at 12:30, if lunch is from 12 to 13:30? Finally, the sanatorium has a paid garage. Yes, there is one, about 300 meters from the sanatorium, but you can’t open it or close it yourself, you have to take a card at the reception, they don’t give you a card, the traffic on the street is one-way. In general, you don’t want to take the car again, take the card, run to the garage, take the car out, park it next to the garage, risking a fine, run back to the sanatorium and return the card. While other visitors to the garage (probably from another hospital) had this same card.
