One can also note the favorable location of the sanatorium in relation to the springs, which is also very important. Previously, I booked sanatoriums through travel agencies, but last time I took a risk and booked on the website Sanatorium.com. And I didn’t regret it. In the period from March 26 to March 30, 2018, the lights were turned off every evening in some rooms on the 3rd floor, including mine. In response to requests from vacationers at the Reception, no measures were taken to eliminate this problem, other than turning on the knocked-out fuse. There is no WiFi in the rooms, Channel No. 50 with the program of Channel 1 of Russian television practically does not work, and if it does work, it is with great interference. The reception staff only nodded their heads, but never sent a specialist to set up the channel. I repeatedly tried to get to the head doctor in order to clarify the set of procedures when receiving an oncology program, because... I wanted to come to the sanatorium with my wife, who was operated on in January 2017 for breast cancer, but I was never able to get an appointment. He was constantly busy, either having lunch or receiving, but for some reason he did not have hours to receive vacationers. Unfortunately, there are practically no explanations from doctors about taking mineral water: how much, from what sources and why.

Unfortunately, this time there were some negative emotions. The quality of the procedure depends on the person who performs it on you. Some ladies treated their duties quite negligently, explaining this with a small salary. But, sorry, I can’t change this problem. I paid for my stay and expected the quality of the stated procedures. The quality of the food also varied, leaving much to be desired.

Convenient location of the sanatorium, sources within walking distance. Check-in, appointment with the doctor and scheduling of procedures - all without fuss and on the same day. We got to Dr. Room. At the appointment, the doctor listened carefully, examined, reviewed the medical history and prescribed treatment according to the indications. Afterwards, we met several times in the corridor, he was always interested in his well-being and whether the procedures were well tolerated, whether anything needed to be replaced. The procedures were performed professionally, on time without delays, and could be rescheduled at the desired time at the client’s request. I would especially like to mention the massage therapists. Strong arms, refined movements and always in a good mood. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed daily, bed linen was changed every two or three days. It was even unnecessary. I tried to tell the maid about this that there is no need to change the linen so often, she said I HAVE to, it’s my job. The staff is friendly. Very ashamed for my compatriots! They tried to establish some kind of their own rules....arrange queues. Why? Everything is scheduled according to time! Apparently they don’t think without queues... and in the dining room they behaved, to put it mildly, not very decently. But the attentive waiters were great, they eliminated unpleasant situations. The city goes to bed early. At 6 o'clock all the shops in the city are already closed. Only restaurants and bars are open.
