I liked the sanatorium! I would like to express my gratitude to the canteen administrators, waiters, cooks and everyone involved in catering! I am a raw foodist, and when I was traveling, I was afraid that I would have problems with nutrition. But I was pleasantly surprised by the individual approach and attention! Thank you! I was also pleased with the medical service. Good base, friendly staff! The towels in the room were changed every other day, the bed was changed 4 times during the 16 days of our stay! Thank you! But the robes were changed once, and then only after we contacted the reception. The very early daily cleaning was just annoying. It was like that. At about 8 am, 4 maids knocked on the door, talking loudly to each other, burst into a small room, squeezing you out of the space, in 3 minutes they sort of cleared out and moved on. The dust on the bedside tables was not wiped off, they vacuumed only for show, they didn’t even look under the beds! This is a minus! Overall, I really liked Krivan! I'll definitely come next year!

Some of the treatment staff allow themselves to behave in a not entirely correct manner towards the vacationers, of course there is nothing offensive, but with a sour face, they are allegedly being disturbed by the vacationers who forced people to wait for entry to the procedures with a delay of 10-*15 minutes, although there were no other vacationers there before the procedures

It was a little inconvenient if the procedures are from 12.30 and lunch is at 12.00. Sometimes the dining room opened later than 12.00 and you just don’t always have time to eat.. If this issue can be resolved somehow, we will be grateful to you. I have nothing against the fact that you can come later for lunch after the procedure .but 3 times I experienced either salty Peter’s or oxygen breathing right after lunch. The work in the kitchen as a whole was impeccable. And a small minus: on the stairs all the flowers are in a cobweb.

The hotel is large, 176 rooms, very noisy on the ground floor: vacationers go for treatments, to the dining room, leave and come in, and even tourist groups from the street are served in this hotel at lunchtime. The quality of food leaves much to be desired. There aren’t even enough buns for breakfast if you have a procedure and come in the middle of breakfast. The food items eaten are replenished reluctantly, they skimp on everything, and the waiters are overworked. Of the stated 20 procedures per week, you can easily leave 15-17. But the head physician is a completely separate issue. In response to my request to replace some baths with others, even cheaper, I listened to a tirade about the Gulag and Stalin, so that the desire to come to this hotel again disappeared by itself. Anyone who wants extreme sports is welcome!

We asked you in advance and immediately after booking to accommodate 6 of us on one floor. However, despite your answer about a positive solution to this issue, grandmother Fenzel (87 years old) was placed in a single room, but at the same time she had to first climb 25 steps and then an elevator. With a big fight, justice won or the conscience of the Reception workers woke up. Garage spaces were reserved for two cars on the ground or basement floor. Again it didn’t work out. The workers shrug their shoulders, saying that the Sanatorium doesn’t tell us about this order to the Sanatorium workers. Krivan did not report anything, but wrote you a positive answer. A male employee who issues bills to clients has a disgraceful attitude towards his work and in response to my remark that instead of the procedure “Limphedrenage” he writes the word Limfo, etc. In the invoice I asked to indicate only those procedures that were indicated in the prescriptions of my family doctor from Germany (my wife’s prescriptions were attached to this employee, however, he told me: “that he would not issue such an invoice! The end result is that I have these invoices in The AOK of Bavaria was not accepted at all, because in addition to my procedures, there were also written down three other procedures accepted by me and my wife, which were not listed in my prescriptions. The sanatorium is located in a very convenient location. Excellent medical facilities, excellent food. The rooms are always clean, bed linen was changed very often, towels were changed almost every day. Everyone is attentive and prudent. Although the sanatorium is very large, there is no crowding or noise. There is a restaurant with very reasonable prices. (This is in addition to the dining room). We were pleased.

I’m not a newbie, but this year there have been changes in the quality of water No. 1, 12 for the worse. As for the sanatorium, on the 3rd day many people start to get sick, almost 60% cough, Reason; outdated equipment, inhalers, devices that carry viruses, lack of equipment for treating premises after the end of patients’ appointments. Both doctors and vacationers get sick.

The personnel administering the procedure do not always observe its progress. There was a case when, during oxygen treatment, the oxygen supply ran out, and the patients did not immediately find a nurse to turn on a new cylinder. It also happens when during a procedure a couple of patients have a loud conversation, not responding to the demands of others to remain quiet, and again the nurse is not around. I had high blood pressure for two weeks despite regularly taking various medications and procedures that lower blood pressure (especially in the evening and in the morning). Stopping drinking from mineral springs after a week did not help either. My wife also often had high blood pressure, although she is hypotensive. It is possible that this basically very good resort is not for us.

The room cleaning is excellent (my wife and I are both 80 years old), we have to sleep half-sitting, they immediately brought us a second pillow and a special chair for the shower so that we don’t have to stand while washing.
