No comfort in the hotel. Noise from repairs, Symphony Orchestra Repetition. Hallway with inventory of rooms. Uninviting reception area. No rest room after baths applications. Danke für deine Meinung. Wir haben hier ein aktives Leben und das Orchester spielt tagsüber, auf keinen Fall nachts, jeder weiß, dass man nachts keinen Lärm machen darf. Die Planung der Eingriffe erfolgt durch das medizinische Personal so angenehm wie möglich für jeden Gast. Ruheraum nach Eingriffen – warum, wenn Sie bei uns in einem Hotel wohnen und alles unter einem Dach ist, gehen Sie im Bademantel überall hin bis auf ein Restaurant und können im Hotelzimmer 40 Minuten auf den nächsten Eingriff warten. Möbel im Flur - in den Zimmern führen wir zur Zeit Schönheitsreparaturen durch, bitte entschuldigen Sie die Unannehmlichkeiten. Beste Grüße, das Windsor-Team.

Windsor Hotel has excellent location to colonnades, shops and meeting points for excursions. We arrived very late (11:20 p.m.), but were greeted very friendly and served warm food. We stayed at the hotel for 1 week. We really enjoyed. Attentive and very polite staff, varied food, convenient schedule of procedures. I would also like to say about the Spa, a nice, clean pool and of course the sauna. I would like to wish that upon arrival the rules of use were explained to people, that you cannot immediately jump from the sauna into the pool, it would be advisable to rinse off. This is the second time we have been to this Hotel and we were satisfied with everything, starting from the beginning with the visit to the doctor, a very wonderful doctor, prescribing procedures and treatment, food , the room is fine, everything is wonderfully arranged for relaxation and treatment. We especially want to say thank you to our families, as at the beginning they checked us in at the reception with such care and attentiveness, on this day of arrival we were served by Veronika Jirglova, special thanks to her. We were in the hotel for treatment in October. There was a transfer from the door of the house from Germany to the door of the hotel. The hotel is located in the very center, close to the hot springs. The food is delicious and varied. We took it 2 times: in the morning and in the evening - that was enough for us. If you get hungry, you can also eat at a restaurant in the hotel or in the city. The procedures were scheduled evenly throughout the entire stay, so there was time left for walks and excursions. Everyone is very pleased - a wonderful doctor and head nurse. The workers performing the procedures are excellent. Especially many thanks to the woman who gives gas injections - not only a wonderful specialist, but also a pleasant interlocutor. The canteen workers who serve during meals are very friendly, always ready to help and give advice - thank you very much. Unfortunately, our arrival began with very strong stress. At the reception we were “served” very rudely by the woman at the reception, Veronica. It felt like my vacation was ruined. Manager Inga apologized after everything, but the aftertaste remained. I gave a low rating for the accommodation due to unprofessional service during check-in. Fortunately, then everything was compensated for by the services of all other staff.
