This is the third time we come to this hotel and every time there is a problem with the food. It is generally impossible to eat soups. For example, on the first day there was soup with meatballs. The meatballs are made from something unknown, like plasticine, like soup from a bag. The same thing with dumplings / the dough is like a club, the composition inside is unclear, inedible. I understand that it is dietary food, but the taste must be present. What kind of diet is this if the trout fish is served whole and you have to sit and choke, scoop out a bunch of bones, and the carp stinks of mud, without salt and pepper. Every time I bring spices and sauces with me and put them on the table, I buy tomato juice in the store, which for some reason is not available, although they give it everywhere. I'm trying to add some flavor at least a little. Once there was good stewed beef in sauce, it seemed like it came from a different cook. The salads are delicious, and they were the only way to save the delicious breakfasts - eggs, porridge, cottage cheese - always a win-win. This was my second and last (!) time in this sanatorium. I was put in a room without a window! A room similar to a prison cell, instead of the fresh air that the sanatorium promises. I spent 4 days of my vacation trying to get relocation. So. I didn’t succeed, by the way. The staff referred to the manager Inga, who does not care about clients. A staff that hates their manager speaks volumes :) good luck to you, Inga. I contacted Sanatoriums 10 times. I received promises “we’ll decide tomorrow,” and the last time I received an arrogant and rude answer. And this was after I myself came for the second time and brought another client. This is how Windsor and Sanatoriums “thank” their loyal customers. It should be noted that my friend was immediately placed in an excellent room with a window. So the excuse that we only have single rooms without windows does not work. Can you even imagine a 4-star room for that kind of money without a window?! In a word, if earlier I used my reviews to attract clients to come to Wibdsor, now I will tell all my friends in detail which hotel they should not go to. Уважаемая госпожа Ольга, от имени администрации хочу Вас поблагодарить за выбор нашего отеля и рекомендации для подруги, с которой Вы у нас отдыхали в этом году. Начну с Вашего переселения, которое мы решали четыре дня всеми возможными путями, так же хочу отметить, что все сотрудники дорожат каждым клиентом, в том числе и я. Для Вас было оставлено моё предложение на рецепции отеля, что за символическую доплату (60 евро за все пребывание) мы можем Вам сделать обмен номера одноместного на двухместный. Да, Вашей подруге повезло больше, она получила двухместный номер, как бесплатный апгрейд при заселении. Но Вы получили одноместный номер согласно Вашего бронирования. В отеле Виндзор не существует номера без окна, в Вашем номере окно было размер 120х230, если бы Вы его открыли, то чистый карловарский воздух наполнял бы Вашу комнату. Да, при постройке этого здания сложилось так, что вид из этого окна перекрывает один угол здание с правой стороны, которое находиться перед окном на расстоянии в 1,5 метра. Извините, тюрьма - это что-то другое, там решётки.. В отеле один единственный одноместный номер, кому повезёт больше, то падает в двухместный, Вы от отеля получили тот номер, за который заплатили. Персонал отеля очень приятные и дружелюбные люди, а Инга здесь не для всемирной любви, а для исполнения своих обязанностей. Вам тоже удачи во всём. Ваш отдых Вам испортил не Sanatoriums, не отель Виндзор... За любой каприз надо научиться платить, а не винить..... Спасибо Вам за отзыв, с уважением Inga Bognar, reservation manager

We stay at the hotel for 6 days with treatments and full board. We were very satisfied. Hotel has its own heated swimming pool approx. 20x5m. Great sauna and everything you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is good and tasty, cooked according to the family doctor. There's not a lot of choice, but enough to fill you up. It's a spa stay and not a luxury vacation! The treatments were all carried out well by very nice staff. For this reason the price-performance ratio was great. Location of the hotel is also great. All in all, we are very satisfied and would love to come back!Positives

We visited the sanatorium on the eve of Catholic Christmas, were warmly greeted and accommodated in our room. The magical atmosphere of Christmas, the festive decoration of the hotel, friendly staff and a delicious dinner after a work shift and a long journey calmed me down and put me in a festive mood and quickly relieved stress and fatigue. Qualified, competent staff quickly resolved emerging issues, varied fresh food with an abundance of vegetables and fruits - special thanks to the cook! - the staff in the restaurant is friendly and caring, cozy, clean rooms, snow-white beds, a wonderful swimming pool with warm water, a sauna - we were very lucky - nice and smiling guests - all this allowed us to relax, relieve the fatigue and tension accumulated over the year, medical procedures under the supervision of competent specialists improved our well-being and gave us a surge of vigor. Terrible pillows. The choice of dishes is minimal, the food is simple but tasty.
