The dishes offered to order are so varied and unusual, and anyone who goes to treat the gastrointestinal tract should understand that there should be no fried or fatty foods. Комментируя Ваши замечания, отмечу, что наш термальный бассейн не работал по техническим причинам, проводились ремонтные работы на источнике Гейзерном, из которого идет подача минеральной воды, поэтому наш собственный резервуар имел запас воды только для ванн. Извиняемся за то, что вовремя не предупредили наших партнеров об этом, чтоб они разместили информацию на сайте, тем не менее ванны проводились на минеральной воде. Наш отель имеет только одну сауну – сухую, это написано во всех информационных буклетах и в интернете. По поводу компенсации пожалуйста нужно было обратится лично ко мне и все бы решилось, но опять же приношу Вам извинения за ошибку моих подчиненных, с ними я уже провел поучительную беседу. Что касается переселения в другой номер, это могло пройти так, что когда бы Вы были на процедурах, то горничные могли все перенести и Вы после процедур заселились бы уже в новый номер. Еще раз примите наши извинения за возникшие неудобства. Я лично приложу максимально усилий для того, чтобы такого больше не повторялось. Благодарю за понимание.
