I went to Lazne 3 for about 10 years, I liked the location, I liked walking through the sanatorium to the sounds of classical orchestra music, you go out the door and you are already on the shore of Teplya. My husband and I visited this hotel for the first time and were very pleased that we chose it. Firstly, the hotel’s location is very convenient: next to the springs on the river embankment, which makes it possible to take leisurely walks at any time. This is very important for older people and people who find it difficult to climb up and down stairs (many hotels require you to climb uphill or up stairs). The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is nice and the hotel is very clean. The room is cleaned daily and linen is changed as needed. Therapeutic procedures are varied, depending on your disease. During the procedures you are always greeted with a smile, which only adds positivity and an additional positive effect from the treatment. The restaurant is small, cozy, homely. The food is prepared well and varied. We recommend the hotel for those who dream of a quiet, comfortable holiday. If I have the opportunity to return to Karlovy Vary on vacation, I will return to this hotel. Thank you very much to all the hotel staff.

The whole impression was ruined by the massage therapist guy working in office 018: rude, not tactful, does massage poorly, sleeps at work, will never see you even one minute ahead of time, but does not respect the massage time (only 15 minutes) in his favor. During the massage he puffs so much that you even feel sorry for him - he is clearly short of breath and he himself needs to heal. not very convenient scheduling of procedures: the gap between procedures is from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours; as a result, procedures can begin at 8:10 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. It’s not convenient to go for breakfast, lunch, or walks. We traveled as a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children) and it was almost impossible to connect.

The meals were simply terrible. If breakfast was more or less eatable, except of poor quality of coffee, but lunch and dinner were very bad. They have tried to cook “risotto” – epic fail! The meat most of time was trestles, but the fish was cooked like from some bits frozen for years, so bad. Why it is not possible to cook just kind of local meals, not pretend hen know how cook Italian. We have HB and really suffer there, as we did not have time to go for lunch somewhere else due to the treatment schedule. The so called “chaff” must be fired immediately regardless.

Very bad food, I think it is necessary to change the cook. The way the food is prepared now is simply terrible. For breakfast, the porridge is either very thin and not tasty, or it is so thick and the impression is that it was not cooked at all, but simply poured water over the cereal. They give you some kind of mixture of cereals and something like porridge. There is a complete absence of vegetables and fruits. if you come later, that is, towards the end of time, then there is nothing at all. Lunch meat is terrible, very tough and gives the impression that it is very old and not tasty. Cooked without soul and simply spoiled food. Same thing for dinner. There is no variety. The food is two stars at best.

Let's start with the fact that the sanatorium has the best location compared to others, which allowed me to have time to drink mineral water, take prescribed procedures, take excursions and simply enjoy the beauty of the Karlovy Vary embankment. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive to requests, the room is very comfortable and cozy, which was cleaned every day. All procedures included in the price were carried out, I would especially like to note the precise work and friendly attitude of the sister, registrar Janechka. When I was choosing a sanatorium, I came across negative reviews about the restaurant at the Windsor sanatorium, don’t believe me. The dishes offered to order are so varied and unusual, and anyone who goes to treat the gastrointestinal tract should understand that there should be no fried or fatty foods. With all the advantages of this place, we were upset that the mineral water pool was not working, and we were not able to experience this pleasure, although we specifically chose a hotel with a mineral pool. And we were not warned in advance. Only one sauna worked (dry). They really assured us that we would be compensated, but this remained only in words. Room 201 is an apartment that only has a shower stall, although the website and advertising video advertise a full bathroom there. Комментируя Ваши замечания, отмечу, что наш термальный бассейн не работал по техническим причинам, проводились ремонтные работы на источнике Гейзерном, из которого идет подача минеральной воды, поэтому наш собственный резервуар имел запас воды только для ванн. Извиняемся за то, что вовремя не предупредили наших партнеров об этом, чтоб они разместили информацию на сайте, тем не менее ванны проводились на минеральной воде. Наш отель имеет только одну сауну – сухую, это написано во всех информационных буклетах и в интернете. По поводу компенсации пожалуйста нужно было обратится лично ко мне и все бы решилось, но опять же приношу Вам извинения за ошибку моих подчиненных, с ними я уже провел поучительную беседу. Что касается переселения в другой номер, это могло пройти так, что когда бы Вы были на процедурах, то горничные могли все перенести и Вы после процедур заселились бы уже в новый номер. Еще раз примите наши извинения за возникшие неудобства. Я лично приложу максимально усилий для того, чтобы такого больше не повторялось. Благодарю за понимание. The treatment mud compartment is uncomfortable - it’s cramped, the tables and couches for receiving procedures move, which is unsafe for the patient when laying down on it. The medical staff in this department is represented by one nurse, who is not able to do everything on time in accordance with the established time for receiving procedures; one worker is clearly not enough.

The first two days the room was poorly cleaned, two towels in the room (not counting the foot towel) in a 4-star hotel were not enough for me, in the first two days they did not change the used bath set. But when at the reception, I told about it - the situation improved, then there were no complaints. There was not enough coffee maker or kettle in the room.
