Thank you for the late dinner upon arrival, and for the pills when I was sick, and for the help with buying tickets, and for a couple of calls early in the morning on the day of departure (I was very afraid to oversleep), and just for pleasant conversations. I always want to come back to this kind of service! It was very nice to meet you!😊 I would like to highlight the massage therapists: Christina and the man doing the classic massage (unfortunately, I didn’t recognize the name) - professionals in their field. The sensations after the massage are lightness and extra mobility in the back and neck. A special plus is the thermal water in the pool/bath, right in the hotel. It was wonderful. The woman working at the pool is also very nice and pleasant. Pleasant and attentive dining room staff. The girl doing the hand wax and mud treatments is also very nice. Always smiling and apparently a bright and positive person. The overall impression from the staff is very positive. Thanks to everyoneNegatives
The doctor spent exactly 3.5 minutes on the examination, even though the program says that the doctor’s examination lasts 15 minutes. I complained about problems with nerves and hair. In response to my complaints about my nerves, they said something like: “So why did you come here? How will some water help you with your nerves?” I was shocked... As far as I know, many things help with nerves, including a measured daily routine, walks in the fresh air, and general strengthening of the body with vitamins and minerals (which are found in thermal waters), and just relaxing procedures... It seems that the doctor has a different opinion and, in his opinion, there was nothing for me to do in Karlovy Vary... When I asked the nurse if I could be prescribed a sedative, after talking with the doctor she said that he refused to prescribe me anything because she didn’t know me. In general, the pharmacy recommended me an excellent herbal sedative. It is very strange that the doctor could not do this, because you need to know not the person, but the elementary drugs. The doctor also prescribed water intake from springs 08 and 10. As far as I have read, source 8 is for cleansing the body and is recommended to be drunk in the first days. Well, let’s say (2 times a day for 9 days in a row) - ok. Ok, although... Ok... But source 10 is recommended for people suffering from overweight or diabetes, as well as the prevention of these diseases. I have neither one nor the other. The question is, why couldn’t you write out source number 6, which is considered the best source for hair? I complained about this... In fact, the doctor was of zero use. She prescribed some water and medications for herself. By the way, both helped. My nerves calmed down and my hair seemed to become thicker. In general, the impression from the doctor, to put it mildly, was so-so, and this opinion was shared by some other hotel guests. It would also be great if the procedures weren’t scheduled so early. Это факт, а не реклама. Врач очень внимательно относится к каждому гостю, всегда проявляет вежливость и осмотр проводит профессионально. Многие гости рассказывают, ,что в Европе уже даже лечащий терапевт так тщательно не проводит прием пациента и проверку состояния здоровья, как у нас. К сожалению, то что произошло является большим недарозумением. Ещё раз приносим свои извинения. Хотим уточнить, что в Карловых Варах даже воздух лечит во время долгих прогулок по городу, который укутан со всех сторон такой шикарной архитектурой. На курорте что не здание - то шедевр. An unpleasant surprise was that the apartment (two rooms) did not live up to its name. Absolutely no comfort and coziness, a minimum of furniture, a very small closet in the hallway, but two large double beds in both rooms, instead of the expected sofa. A small mirror, one for two rooms and a hallway, for some reason it was in the corner in the back room. The walls were dirty, without a single, even small, painting.
