We are staying at the hotel 2 times this year. Conveniently located, all sources are nearby, for those for whom this is important. We drank water and walked next to the colonnade, by the river, by the park... These are very beautiful places and, what is important, it has a beneficial effect on treatment; you should drink the water leisurely, slowly walking and immediately from the source, so that the water temperature is maintained. The hotel is located in the center of Karlovy Vary. The party is wonderful. We had three meals a day, so we didn’t have a chance to try the local cuisine. Except for the freshest payment (round waffles) and coffee. The hotel's cuisine is varied. Everyone will find food to suit their taste and recommended diet. Two types of porridges, boil the eggs yourself until the desired condition, if there is no desire, there are ready-made poached eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, various cereals, milk, two types of yoghurts, dietary very tender cottage cheese, snacks: cheeses, ham, sausage, herring , vegetables, black olives, healthy sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins and other dried fruits, three types of fresh juices, water. Baking, delicious bread, there is a toaster. Coffee from a coffee machine, tea bags, but of good quality and different, hot milk. We ordered lunch and dinner. There was almost always fish available. Most often they took it. Povor cooks excellently. Main courses are served on a large platter and beautifully presented. Two types of soups. Various desserts, pastries, rolls, cakes. A lot of fruits. We really liked the kitchen. The tables are beautifully decorated. The place is fixed. The waiters serve only the main course and clear away the dishes. The table is set. You choose your own breakfast, first course and snacks for lunch, snacks for dinner, buffet style. We had a spacious room. The room is quiet and clean. The room is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Cleaning was carried out in our absence. A robe and slippers are provided. We wore them for procedures. The procedures are prescribed by the doctor, who also makes the appointment; if you want to change something from the procedures, it is resolved quickly and without problems. On the second day we took a blood test for biochemistry. The result is ready in a day. Mostly the procedures are completed before lunch. But this is very conditional and depends on your goals. The staff at the spa are friendly, but it’s better not to be late for treatments. The reception staff is very friendly. I was only there for a week, but I felt an improvement. Water is beneficial and the procedures were chosen optimally. There is a great desire to come and stay for two weeks, but the good news is that it’s worth conducting a course there for 21 days. Very good hotel. We were pleased. We'll definitely come back

I chose the location of the hotel and the number of procedures - I chose Windsor - excellent location near the Mlyn Colonnade, a solid range of procedures - 22 procedures during 7 days of stay in the sanatorium and a pleasant ratio - price offer / number of procedures. I really liked the attentive attitude of the medical staff. Good food and service in the restaurant. The rooms are large, comfortable, daily cleaning and change of towels.

We were at the Windsor sanatorium for the second time and are planning to come again next year! From the first minute of our stay at the hotel, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of goodwill. Mrs. Veronica, who was on duty at the reception, was very kind and did everything to make us feel at home! Everything in the restaurant was the same they were very attentive, and his manager himself personally came to breakfasts and lunches and was interested in our opinion. The food was very tasty, and when we wanted something that wasn’t on the menu, the chefs always met us halfway. We could drink tea three times a day, there was always a variety of fruit, and in the evening there was very tasty kefir. The room was very clean and quiet, they were always cleaned carefully, towels were changed every day. For us this was excessive; we had to take breakfast and dinner. In 12 days the main course failed 2 times. The rest of the days it was delicious and varied, especially fish. The salads and pastry chef were very modest, but we were happy with everything. My husband went to the sauna several times; at his request, it was turned on free of charge and without resistance. The rooms are comfortable, quiet (almost all overlook the courtyard), cleaning, linen change, everything is as it should be. The price-quality ratio is very fair. Never book a single room, there is only one in the hotel. This is number 110. I was shocked that the window there was almost completely covered by a wall. You should always live only with the lights on, like in a dungeon. They didn't want to change my number. The next day the doctor asked for me, because... My high blood pressure jumped due to anxiety. As a result, they somehow changed it to a 2-seater. No extra charge! The hotel looks like our sanatorium from the late 80s. The same white walls, the same smell in the balneo. And my room smelled. I lived with an open window. The restaurant is something! The dishes are always dirty (glass)! It's no use talking. Apparently there is no dishwasher, they wash by hand and do not dry. You can't eat Italian food. At all!!! The meat is often not chewed or even cut with a knife. Breakfast is monotonous, because... The hotel is small, the buffet is poor. Bottom line: if you want to save money and are not at all picky about food, I recommend the hotel. But I will never go there again.
