Thanks to the management of the Windsor Hotel for such a well-chosen team. Just as a theater begins with a coat rack, so a hotel begins with a reception. Veronica greeted me with a smile. And the whole period of rest I was accompanied by a smile - in the restaurant, among the maids and everywhere I met hotel employees. Politeness, courtesy and friendliness are the motto of the hotel employees. I would like to mention the restaurant food - tasty, varied, it is impossible to eat an order due to large portions. Everyone provides good service, I only know Natalia. I would like to mention Larisa and Ivo at the reception, who are trouble-free, something you could not ask for in their profession. In the evening, sometimes there was kefir, but kefir is a specific drink, I would say. Didn't like the food. The vegetables are all frozen and have a watery taste. The meat is overcooked and not fresh. What people didn’t eat at lunch is given for dinner or breakfast with a different sauce. A lot of mayonnaise, everything is very sour, salty, unnatural. If you come for treatment, you can leave sick with gastrointestinal problems. My stomach rebelled and I carried my vegetables for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even the creamy pumpkin soup was spoiled by pouring flavoring additives into it. The food is inedible. I would advise changing the approach to nutrition for vacationers and changing the cook. We rested at the Windsor sanatorium in mid-September. We were very pleased with the sanatorium. Friendly girls at the reception - Veronica and Larisa, sweet Natasha in the pool, smart girls in the restaurant. The treatment was at a very decent level. It's good that the hotel has its own mineral water pool and a regular pool. Very effective classical and cosmetic massage. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Great restaurant! Thank you very much for an interesting excursion to Prague with guide Lena! In general, there are many interesting excursions for every taste. Karlovy Vary allows you to combine spa treatment, tourism and cultural recreation, as the city hosts good concerts every day. I liked everything very much!

We spent 8 days at the hotel, and to get the full experience, we think you need at least 2 weeks to have time to enjoy excursions in the magnificent surrounding areas of the Czech Republic and neighboring countries.

Friendly, attentive and professional staff, a small number of rooms in the hotel and, accordingly, all procedures are carried out on time and without unnecessary waiting. I would like to thank the staff for their work, especially the girls at the reception, baths, underwater massage and lymphatic drainage. I really liked the coffee at the Franz Joseph cafe with a summer terrace. In general, we are satisfied with the rest and treatment, we will recommend it to our friends and perhaps we will come ourselves, although the price-quality seemed to us a little overpriced..Negatives
Terrible pillows, they need to be replaced immediately, with osteochondrosis, which every second person has, it’s just a nightmare, not a dream, but torment, they replaced it after we asked, but they are no better. The food does not correspond to a 4* hotel, maximum three. There are few fruits and are not edible, there is no variety in vegetables and their preparation, the baked goods are mediocre, dried fruits appeared at the end of our stay after complaints from vacationers, the meat is often tough to the point of inedibility. Not the first time in the Czech Republic and I always thought that they know how to cook meat here. There is no indication in the menu of what diet the dish is recommended for, nor are there any diet prescriptions from a doctor. The pool closes too early; in the other fours we stayed in, the pool closed at 21:00 or 21:30, not at 19:00. At the gas injections in the first week of our stay there was a mess with a live queue for the gas injections procedure, such situations should not arise, it is not the business of vacationers to monitor and set the time for the procedure. Of course, an announcement in the office is good, but nevertheless, it is the worker performing the procedure who must monitor compliance with the time, and not the patients. In the second week this problem did not exist.
