I really enjoyed my stay at the Windsor Resort. I chose this sanatorium because it has a swimming pool with thermal water. I wasn't disappointed. The treatment is excellent, the doctor is attentive. Very friendly staff! The food is good, I follow a healthy diet and there were no problems with that. The room was great, the bed was comfortable for me, despite the fact that I have arthrosis of the hip and knee joint. I have been to many sanatoriums in Poland, Lithuania and the Czech Republic, so I have something to compare with. I was delighted and am going to visit you again in October.Negatives
To my surprise, you don’t have a gym where you could spin an exercise bike and work out on sports equipment. This is especially important for people who have arthrosis of the hip and knee joint, as well as for those for whom a healthy lifestyle is important. There were no aqua gymnastics in the pool. They worked with me individually, thank you. I have a big request, please organize a small sports room. And one more small request: there was no shoehorn with a long handle in the room. It started with the fact that we waited more than 30 minutes for check-in, a group arrived right before us, and one lady at the reception simply couldn’t cope.. why in a 4-star hotel there is only one person at the reception?? Our room (204) constantly smelled of the kitchen... it's unpleasant to wake up to the smell of cooking every morning! Restaurant opening hours - dinner - ends at 19:30, in my opinion, this is very early .. the quality of food is below average, overcooked, over-salted, for people who came to treat their stomach!!! Unthinkable!!! the choice is very small... Already an hour before the end, neither fruits nor desserts are served...🥲 Room cleaning - if you didn’t make it before 9 am, then it’s too late! For the first three days they didn’t clean our house! The mattresses are very soft, for back problems it is impossible to sleep. The feeling from the hotel is bad 2 stars, not even worthy of 3. Уборка в номерах каждый день до 14:30 как и была.Горничные убирают каждый день все номера это точно.Если табличка на двери не беспокоит в это случаи не имеют права войти в номер.Если Вам не убирали три дня комнату почему Вы не обрились на стойку ресепшен с такой проблемой?
