At first we were put in a room with practically no windows (No. 110, the size of the window is the same as in a bathroom), after repeated reminders (after 3 days) they were given another one, with better conditions (satisfactory). Before this, the hotel was informed that the guest was a very elderly man (80 years old), but the staff responsible for the accommodation did not take this into account. There is no information about the composition of the water in the sources (this is not the hotel’s problem, but the hotel’s medical staff was not ready to answer this question). Food - a lot of gravy for meat, which is not always appropriate or tasty.

I have never experienced such cold weather in April in six visits. The display of fruit in the restaurant leaves much to be desired. For some reason, there are no concerts in the hotel hall, and in the theater there was nothing suitable for Russian tourists. A huge loss for the resort is the closure of the outdoor swimming pool in Thermal and the cancellation of direct flights from St. Petersburg.

The sanatorium has a very convenient location, next to the springs, in the center of the resort area. The room is comfortable, large, good furniture, TV with Russian channels. The room was always warm, they cleaned it well, trying not to disturb us. The staff is very friendly, all requests were immediately fulfilled. There were robes and slippers, which were changed if necessary. Bathroom amenities included shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion, all of good quality and replenished regularly as they were used. There are only 2 glasses from the dishes. The safe in the room is free. The food is good, hot dishes for lunch and dinner are very tasty, both meat and fish. The variety of side dishes and salads is not too large, but quite sufficient - this is a sanatorium, not a Turkish all-inclusive. There was always enough fruit (pears, plums, apples, tangerines). The desserts, however, did not please with variety - the same sponge rolls and pies, and only sometimes something else. But the couple of kilograms of extra weight brought by the plus says a lot (and after all, we spent all our free time walking along mountain routes!). Wi-fi in the room is good. About treatment. I really liked the doctor. He examined me, listened carefully, and prescribed all the treatment I wanted. In addition to the pool - he measured high blood pressure and said that it was not indicated. We never understood whether the mineral pool was even working. The schedule of procedures was given out immediately; there was no need to run after it. Excellent massage therapists!!!Negatives
I didn't like the medical department. For example, the room where mud therapy is carried out is simply one large room in which there are 4 couches, separated by small light screens, the procedure is carried out simultaneously for men and women, and you need to undress down to your panties. How can you relax here? The same thing applies to a dry carbon dioxide bath. Well, this is not solid!!! There is no ventilation in the department; ventilation is carried out by opening the doors, which results in drafts. There are no complaints about the staff, they are friendly, they try, they run around, but they are clearly not enough, apparently there is a staff shortage.
