Unfortunately, the waitress (Marcella) was very unfriendly and absolutely not service/customer oriented. One evening she was in a bad mood and took it out on the guests and discussed loudly with the guests. Her colleague Lena, on the other hand, was very accommodating and took great care of everything. All liked it! Starting from the reception desk, where we were greeted by lovely Veronica. The girls from the treatment rooms and the massage therapist Slava were all very attentive and responsive. My husband and I were treated in Windsor for the third time. Our rating of “excellent” is given to the work of all the ladies who administer the medical procedures prescribed by the doctor. Mrs. Eta, Christina, Maria, Paulina, Petra, ladies at the procedures in the mineral pool (sorry, we don’t know your name) - your kindness, helpfulness, responsiveness are very valuable to me and my husband. Thank you all for your wonderful attitude towards us. Be healthy everyone. Special thanks to Mrs. Veronica, the receptionist: her professionalism, responsiveness, and her desire to help in any situation, even non-standard ones, helped us a lot during our stay at the hotel. We would like to thank the two ladies who work in the restaurant's dining room. Everything was always fine here. And to you, Sanatoriums, our deepest gratitude. We underwent treatment from 06/3/21. Considering that the hotel just opened after a long break and there were very few guests, you can turn a blind eye to many of the shortcomings. A huge plus for the hotel is the location within walking distance from the sources and good parking in the yard.

Of course, we doubted it for a long time before finally booking the hotel, but in the end we really enjoyed our vacation. We rested from 10/18/2020 to 10/25/2020. Due to the Coronavirus in the Czech Republic, all bars, restaurants, shops were closed, and already during our stay we were informed that we would have to leave earlier due to the closure of hotels. Everything was great and since there were only two families from Germany in the hotel besides us, we felt like VIPs. The location of the hotel is wonderful. We went on hikes every day, everything was nearby. The very attentive attitude of the hotel staff, the medical department and the restaurant contributed to a positive mood every day. Some reviews write that the food was monotonous. I want to say that there were no frills since it was a sanatorium. The food was very tasty and there was always enough of it. New dishes were also prepared every day. Special thanks to the chef for a great lunch on the last day. The baked duck with dumplings and cabbage was very tasty. Many thanks to the massage therapist David and the nurse at the treatment center. Everything was at the highest level. We were rescheduled for all procedures that had to be canceled due to the closure of the hotel. Money for the unused two days was also returned. The room was excellent, it was warm and quiet. Room cleaning is always on time. Towels, bed linen and bathrobes were always changed on time. The sauna and pool are also good. Once again we would like to thank the administrators Veronica and Kirill. In difficult situations they always reacted quickly and correctly. The Covid test was done, but we also did a control test at the border. All was good! We hope to come to the Windsor Hotel again. We recommend it to everyone!Negatives

It’s a shame that they removed the tests if you only have to stay for a week with the procedures. It would be nice to add them, at least for a fee. The food is a bit monotonous. The cook can use several types of fish; there was red fish almost every day. And my husband is Italian, he didn’t have enough coffee pot at lunchtime. Dessert was almost always the same. It’s also strange, so many things can be prepared, even using simple ingredients. It is very hot in the rooms, the air is very dry. And the sauna was 98-100 degrees almost all the time, which was also not an easy test.
