The big minus is the food. Most vacationers are not the youngest people and have health problems, including diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. We only had breakfast and lunch. But we didn’t always go for lunch, because the main courses were all very heavy and greasy. Yes, the side dish was light, but the meat or chicken was always cooked either with a very rich sauce or breaded. Breakfast and lunch are very monotonous. The pillows are just terrible. This is just a pillowcase stuffed with pieces of either cotton wool or foam rubber. Moreover, they are also tall. There is one more point. This is not a minus, but rather a warning for people with above average weight. The bathroom, and therefore the shower, is very small. It is also a pity that the hotel does not use its capabilities one hundred percent. There are so many low-cost activities you can do to spice up your hotel life. As for the procedures. Everything is fine, but a question about the massage. Everyone, regardless of diagnosis, is prescribed partial massage. And when, after the first procedure, I asked to change to a general one, albeit for an additional fee, they said that the time was all scheduled, it was impossible to increase the time of my procedure. With my three vertebral hernias, a massage for 15 minutes is nothing. But the profile of the sanatorium indicates the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. In general, sad. We did not enjoy our stay at this Hotel at all. The hotel is old, everything inside is old, the medical equipment is very old... and I don’t even want to talk about the food - it’s terrible. We had 3 meals a day, but we ate only in the morning, at lunch and in the evening it was impossible to eat what was offered (cooked frozen fish, vegetables and salads were not the first freshness, etc. - is this a Sanatorium?! After it you need will heal the stomach). The cleaning of the room was terrible, the bed linen was never changed during the week of our stay, the towels were changed only if we told them to, they vacuumed as if with their eyes closed. The only plus of this hotel is its location. I don’t know why this hotel has such a high rating, it’s only because of it that we decided to go for it. I don’t blame the hotel staff for the fact that everything is terrible, but the management. It all starts with them, they want to save on everything and the staff is forced to work with what they are given. We stayed at the Hotel Windsor Medical Complex and Spa for a week. The hotel is really conveniently located, you don't have to walk very far to any source. It was nice and clean and our room (we had an apartment) was very spacious (small tip - a larger bathtub would be even better 😉). We wanted and got a room with a view of the street, but it was sometimes too loud in the morning (hotel suppliers) or in the evening when there was a concert (or something like that) behind the nearby park. You should keep this in mind when choosing a room. The food was okay, as some people wrote: a little under-spiced, that's true, but it's a cure! Everyone can add more seasoning themselves if necessary. Our waitress was great, nice, friendly and competent. The treatments were well divided, some were nice and pleasant, some less so, if it helps that's a good thing. All in all everything was good. 👍Negatives

My husband and I were treated in Windsor for the third time. Our rating of “excellent” is given to the work of all the ladies who administer the medical procedures prescribed by the doctor. Mrs. Eta, Christina, Maria, Paulina, Petra, ladies at the procedures in the mineral pool (sorry, we don’t know your name) - your kindness, helpfulness, responsiveness are very valuable to me and my husband. Thank you all for your wonderful attitude towards us. Be healthy everyone. Special thanks to Mrs. Veronica, the receptionist: her professionalism, responsiveness, and her desire to help in any situation, even non-standard ones, helped us a lot during our stay at the hotel. We underwent treatment from 06/3/21. Considering that the hotel just opened after a long break and there were very few guests, you can turn a blind eye to many of the shortcomings. A huge plus for the hotel is the location within walking distance from the sources and good parking in the yard.
