My husband and I spent a very long time choosing which one we wanted to go to. My colleague recommended this one, she herself goes 2 times a year for 2 weeks. We settled on this choice and don’t regret it. The hotel is located in a convenient location, the colonnade is nearby. All the workers are very friendly. The room is cleaned regularly, but there is no general cleaning after the room is vacated. There are cobwebs in many places. And when we checked in, we only had 2 small towels, when she asked for a towel, again they only gave one. It’s time to change the robes , it was torn. The building of the Windsor Hotel is one of the most beautiful buildings in the history of Karlovy Vary. It is indeed ideally located.... but unfortunately this is not enough for a good holiday. I liked literally everything about the Windsor Medical Complex and Spa Hotel. I arrived at night and was greeted by a pleasant man with a smile on his face. He carried my suitcase to the hotel himself. Lyubushka (receptionist) was waiting for me and treated me to dinner. It was so nice. Also Veronica Sr., Veronica Jr. and Simone. The girls are all responsive and will always explain and help with everything. Veronica Sr. helped me figure out the ATM, because everything was in Czech. Veronica Jr. helped me buy a bus ticket to the airport and bought me a ticket for the local bus. She also helped me with Wi-Fi. Thank you. About the number. I was given a double room. The room was clean and tidy. Cleaning was done every day. The bed was changed every 3 days. I am grateful to all the girls who did the cleaning. Sometimes they had to wait for me to vacate the room. Especially Monica, thank you very much. She always answered all requests with a smile. Now about the treatment. In the morning I had an appointment with doctor Milan Kovla. I took the latest tests with me. The doctor carefully studied everything and prescribed the appropriate procedures for me. The doctor also looked at the test results and advised me to switch to a different treatment regimen and wrote me a prescription. For which I am grateful. Then, Yana, the nurse, competently drew up a schedule of procedures. Yana could always help when she asked for an explanation or to change the schedule. Petra Polakova, Maryam - pearl bath, Radek massage therapist, Christina - gas injections, girls from the mineral pool, many thanks for their professional approach to each patient, for the healing procedures, for their patience, understanding and attention. The waiters - Angela, Yaroslav and all the cooks - for the delicious and varied food, for their cleanliness and politeness. I am very grateful to everyone for everything. This is our first time in this sanatorium and in Karlovy Vary in general. I can say with complete confidence that the trip was a success. Excellent spacious room with all the necessary amenities, helpful and friendly staff, excellent food with a variety of content on the menu, high quality. I especially wanted to note the sensitivity of the restaurant staff and acknowledge my gratitude. The fact is that we do not eat any meat except fish for reasons of religion. And we didn’t warn the staff about this. Seeing that we couldn’t find a dish with meat, they immediately offered us an alternative menu with fish. The restaurant is spacious with a pleasant atmosphere. The room is cleaned every day. Thank you all so much!
