The transfer to the Czech Republic marred our trip, as it lasted instead of 7 to 11 hours. Even though workers in the food court work very hard, the quality of food, and the variety might be much better. Very few dish choices, limited quantity of fruits, food packages are pretty bad (if you travel). Very nice, clean hotel, wanted to say special thank you to Inga Bongar. Our original flight was canceled and we missed 2 days of our vacation. The hotel wasn't able to refund these 2 days, but Inga upgraded our room to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. Great medical facility.
