Wonderful hotel. I would say a sanatorium, because... The medical base is top notch. A variety of procedures, the number of procedures is 22 per week, which is rare in other SPA hotels. The presence of a thermal pool and baths based on thermal water makes this hotel stand out. We are very pleased with the treatment. The staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean. The location couldn't be better. We have already vacationed in this hotel 4 times (formerly it was called Lazne 3). And next time we will also try to book this hotel. Since there are not many rooms (37 in total), you need to book in advance, because... the hotel is in demand. We booked for December in October. In November there were no more places available for our dates. And, indeed, all the rooms were occupied. Regarding the food: I really liked the catering. Large periods of time (2.5 hours in the morning and evening and 3 hours at lunch) allow you to distribute your time. Drinks and tea were available not only in the morning, but also at lunch and dinner. In general, the food is ok, but without any special features. At times there were very tasty dishes. Great audibility on the 1st floor (in our opinion, 2nd floor). We lived like in a commune. You could hear the neighbors talking. And if someone doesn’t sleep and watches TV until late, then everyone nearby listens to this TV. Previously, we lived on the 2nd floor all the time and did not notice that there was such audibility. Perhaps this only applies to the 1st floor.

When choosing a sanatorium, we took into account the possibilities of organizing holiday treatment in the most beautiful places in Karlovy Vary. On the first day, early in the morning, Dr. Cole saw us, analyzed everything very carefully and prescribed the optimal treatment. These are: classic massage, underwater massage, reflex massage, carbon dioxide bath, mud, magnetic therapy, lymphatic drainage, oxygen therapy, mineral water intake. The procedures were organized very clearly and according to schedule. There has never been a single failure. The workers who carried out the treatment and health procedures were very polite, helpful and attentive. All are excellent specialists. Food is important at any resort. In "Windsor" it suited us completely. The food is dietary, the menu is varied, the choice of dishes is wide. This is the best option for a resort. The service is efficient and very friendly. The restaurant is clean and tidy. I was very pleased with the location of the sanatorium. Very close to the Mill Colonnade, where we went to drink mineral water before breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the most beautiful buildings are close by, and every walk around the city was an aesthetic pleasure. We walked along the most beautiful streets for hours, and never got tired of a single walk. Of course, as usual, we went to the top to the monument to Peter 1 for the “deer leap”. The Christmas market with the indescribable aroma of Czech cuisine and beautiful Christmas souvenirs gave a special flavor to the holiday. Traditionally, on weekends (procedures are not carried out on Saturday and Sunday), we went on excursion tours, which are organized by many companies in Karlovy Vary. Each such trip is a return to a children's fairy tale! Returning home, we often remember all the events of these two weeks, review photographs and booklets. Having addressed this issue to the managers, they refunded the cost of the procedure. But according to vacationers, she repeats this regularly. In the restaurant there are often no signs with the names of yoghurts, cereals, side dishes, cottage cheese. The waitress in the restaurant (unfortunately I didn’t recognize her name - she’s little white) does a poor job. While there are no people in the hall groceries, cups of tea, she talks calmly for several minutes. If you ask her something, the answer will not be friendly and with downcast eyes. Accommodation and food are quite good, but there is a strong hospital smell in the lobby and corridors. The treatment is well organized, there are a large number of procedures, but the conditions are very primitive, various electrical procedures are carried out in one room, separated by oilcloth curtains, this is unacceptable. In the room where dirt is released, there are 5 beds separated by a screen. There is no shower, the nurse washes the dirt off the body from the basin, this is some kind of Stone Age! A plus is the location in the very center near the colonnade.

There were three of us: me, my husband and a 2-year-old child. The price-quality ratio is optimal. Very good service in the room, very clean, changing towels and bathrobes without any problems. The price includes a visit to the sauna with a relaxation room, which also made us very happy. Balneotherapy in the hotel, entrance from the residential area. it’s very convenient, you can walk around in a robe without embarrassing yourself or other vacationers. There is no pool, but there are so many water treatments that we never thought about the pool :)). Dining room: salad bar, soups, side dishes, desserts on the buffet, second course to order from the menu. Very tasty, varied. With a small child, there were no problems with nutrition at all. Special thanks for the dining room schedule; the wide interval (3 hours) allowed us to freely and efficiently plan our rest time. So the full board was 100% worth it. The excellent location of the hotel should be specially noted - in the very center of Karlovy Vary. On the right are the springs, on the left is the park. It was our first time, we collected reviews about other hotels from other vacationers, we were happy for ourselves that we had chosen the hotel so well :)).
