I can point out only one disadvantage - I think the distribution of procedures over time is not entirely correct; from the logistics side, this topic suffers. For example, they could prescribe three thermal procedures in one day - a hot pool with mineral water, a pearl bath and hydromassage. The heavy load on the heart is obvious.

All sources are within walking distance and surrounded by beautiful streets. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. The buffet style food was varied and catered for every taste, and we chose the main dishes from the menu. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I was pleased with the wellness aspect of the sanatorium - a qualified examination by a doctor, competent prescription of a drinking course and a large selection of treatment procedures. All procedures were carried out under the supervision of friendly and responsible medical staff - baths, massage, paraffin, inhalation, mud... The atmosphere of health, the beautiful architecture of the town, good weather and positive people around turned our “sanatorium treatment” into a pleasant vacation. We were accommodated in an apartment, but there was not enough comfort and convenience - a large room, but without a soul. In the hallway there is no mirror or at least some kind of shelf for hats and mugs. The bathroom only has hooks for bathrobes, there were no hangers for towels, after taking a shower you need to wipe the floor - no curtains, no barriers to the bathroom, so all the water is on the floor. The large living room also looks and is a bit empty; it could use a chest of drawers instead of a tiny bedside table. Good treatment base, 44 procedures in two weeks. The staff is attentive and friendly. We stayed in room 102. View from the window of the parking lot. Quiet, you can’t hear the noise of vacationers going to the colonnade. The number of rooms is new, the plumbing works (everything is new), although our room had a very small shower, in other rooms it was normal. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen was changed every three days, the supply of shampoos was replenished in a timely manner, etc. The Internet is stable, works fine, we used it actively, no complaints. The food is good, the choice is quite varied, everything is tasty, empty trays were replenished in a timely manner, there were no problems, even if they ran out. The service in the restaurant is good. I will probably return to this hotel, although I don't like to stay in the same hotel more than once.Negatives
Gas injections. During our stay, there was always a long queue for gas injections, because... they were held from 12.20 to 15.00 for all vacationers. We need to somehow reconsider the organization of this procedure.

We vacationed in the sanatorium as a family with a 2-year-old child. We liked everything. When we arrived, our room with a prepared crib was already waiting for us. The room fully corresponds to the photos and videos on the Sanatorium website. The room is spacious and clean, everything is quite new, everything worked. They cleaned every day. They cleaned well. The towels and bedding were snow-white, changed frequently. From Monday to Friday in the first half of the day, my husband and I went for procedures. We were kindly provided with a schedule so that one could go for the procedures, and the other could be with the child .In the medical department, all the staff are very polite people. Polite and friendly waiters also worked in the restaurant. I especially want to note the work of the shift of Lucie and Marcela, with them the products were replenished instantly and the dirty dishes were removed. Simply smart!!! When changing Petra, there were always problems with this. We would like to say a big thank you to Veronica at the reception for the speed of resolving any issues. The hotel does not qualify as a 4 star hotel by European standards... there is no BATH in the room. The rooms are not large and not very well isolated. The restaurant is more like a canteen than a restaurant... there is no buffet. And if you are a little late, you can be left without salads and no side dishes and in the morning no breakfast at all And also PAID parking for a car for 10 euros per day. There is no bar where you can sit in the evening.
