I didn’t like the baths - they are made in a metal trough (though based on thermal water), and bubbles are added - just insert a hose from a cylinder into the water - like in the last century. Of course, there is no illumination of the water. Another disadvantage is that the massage lasts 15 minutes - for therapeutic purposes this is very little. The food is very poor - the choice of dishes is small for 4 stars. And the cleaning of the rooms is disgusting - they don’t wipe off the dust, they vacuum it haphazardly.

I liked everything very much, we had treatment for the first time in Karlovy Vary, there was nothing to compare with. I have a good memory of the hotel, everything was coordinated, the attitude of the staff is good, and the location of the hotel is a plus. We are going next year, I think the choice will be in favor of Windzora.

Very clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly staff, located within walking distance of all sources. The two weeks spent in Karlovy Vary flew by like one day and I really didn’t want to go home. Very few mineral water swimming pools are prescribed (only three during the 14 days of stay); There are few dietary dishes on the menu; The quality of food preparation sometimes leaves much to be desired (probably depends on the cook who took over the shift) Check-in after 14:00 is very inconvenient for those who arrive in the morning; During the initial examination, the doctor did not even look at the results of the tests and examinations that I brought with me, although the website says that you need to bring them with you. The hotel’s medical staff needs to decide whether they need our tests or not, and only then post this information on the hotel’s website.

I was given a double room for one at the price of a single. The room was spacious, cleaned every day. The room was on the second floor and it was convenient to take the elevator down to the restaurant and procedures. Another elevator was used to communicate with the outside world.Negatives

The hotel is located not just next to the colonnade, but nowhere closer. The room is excellent. normal small, but not small either. The shower stall is very small. But everything is clean. All the staff are friendly. The main thing is that all the procedures are in the same hotel, you don’t have to go anywhere. The food is boring and dietary, but we have to agree with this, since we are going there to treat the gastrointestinal tract and we need this diet. There is a lot of meat, but all boiled. For that reason, there is a coffee machine - and drink this coffee for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!!Negatives
The downside is the high sound permeability in the rooms, I turned the TV up loud, but not all the way, of course, and I immediately heard a knock on the wall. And one more thing - the pool was closed, like under renovation. I visited at the end of November 2014. It would be good to know about this in advance at the hotel booking stage.

Old sewer system resulted in hydrogen sulfide odor on two ocassions. Not sure if it's building-specific or city-wide issue.I easily got rid of smell by pouring water in shower bin for just 1 minute.
