I was pleased with my stay at the Winsdor sanatorium. The staff is wonderful, attentive, responsive, professional. The cuisine is delicious. It’s great that you can choose hot food for lunch and dinner. The rooms are clean. Cleaned every day. And the doctor laid out a course of treatment based on complaints and diagnosis very professionally. Everything was excellent. Next year I will definitely come to this sanatorium and hotel.Negatives
There is something to compare with. A year ago, treatment took place in Marianske Lazne at the Butterfly Hotel. I was also dissatisfied with the doctor. No massage at all. I will only go to Karlovy Vary in Windsor

We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed it. Responsive and friendly staff, special thanks to the massage therapists Thomas and David. The hotel is excellent, the only request for the housemaster is to lubricate and fix the hinges on the cabinets.

When scheduling procedures, time for breakfast and drinking water from sources is not taken into account. The problem is in the restaurant: if you don’t come to the reception in the first hour, then most of the products (especially tasty ones) disappear, according to the principle of who gets up first, gets his slippers.

Among the minuses in the restaurant upon arrival, the food seemed to be good, for the last week what was left after lunch was the same side dish sold for dinner, dry Varenach potatoes, and there was no sign of lentils anymore, one shift had very friendly girls, and in the other shift there was a feeling of negativity towards Russian, even with a glance, but nothing spoiled it for us!

The head nurse describes procedures without taking into account the opinions of vacationers. There are very large time gaps between procedures, although there is practically no queue. The head doctor is somehow biased towards the opinions of patients, perhaps this is due to the renovation. In the dining room, meat dishes are boiled in broth and are completely tasteless. The rest of the food is normal.

I lived in this sanatorium from March 24 to April 14, 2019. Everything is excellent - treatment (20 procedures per week), the hotel's location is close to the springs, food, two swimming pools (thermal as intended), sauna. Thanks to all the staff.
