Excellent sanatorium, the best location to the springs, beautiful views from the windows. The staff is attentive, excellent treatment and convenient schedule of procedures. It's good that the hotel has its own mineral water pool and a regular pool. Very effective classical and cosmetic massage. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Great restaurant! Thank you very much for an interesting excursion to Prague with guide Lena! In general, there are many interesting excursions for every taste. Karlovy Vary allows you to combine spa treatment, tourism and cultural recreation, as the city hosts good concerts every day. I liked everything very much!

We spent 8 days at the hotel, and to get the full experience, we think you need at least 2 weeks to have time to enjoy excursions in the magnificent surrounding areas of the Czech Republic and neighboring countries.

The hotel's excellent location: close to the springs and on a flat surface (convenient for those who have problems with their legs, no need to climb uphill). Friendly, attentive and professional staff, a small number of rooms in the hotel and, accordingly, all procedures are carried out on time and without unnecessary waiting. I would like to thank the staff for their work, especially the girls at the reception, baths, underwater massage and lymphatic drainage. I really liked the coffee at the Franz Joseph cafe with a summer terrace. In general, we are satisfied with the rest and treatment, we will recommend it to our friends and perhaps we will come ourselves, although the price-quality seemed to us a little overpriced..Negatives
Terrible pillows, they need to be replaced immediately, with osteochondrosis, which every second person has, it’s just a nightmare, not a dream, but torment, they replaced it after we asked, but they are no better. The food does not correspond to a 4* hotel, maximum three. There are few fruits and are not edible, there is no variety in vegetables and their preparation, the baked goods are mediocre, dried fruits appeared at the end of our stay after complaints from vacationers, the meat is often tough to the point of inedibility. Not the first time in the Czech Republic and I always thought that they know how to cook meat here. There is no indication in the menu of what diet the dish is recommended for, nor are there any diet prescriptions from a doctor. The pool closes too early; in the other fours we stayed in, the pool closed at 21:00 or 21:30, not at 19:00. At the gas injections in the first week of our stay there was a mess with a live queue for the gas injections procedure, such situations should not arise, it is not the business of vacationers to monitor and set the time for the procedure. Of course, an announcement in the office is good, but nevertheless, it is the worker performing the procedure who must monitor compliance with the time, and not the patients. In the second week this problem did not exist.

The sanatorium is located in the very center of the resort. Very close to the springs, very good for older people. The treatment is good, all the staff are very attentive and polite. The rooms are good, only the walls are damaged in some places, it wouldn't hurt to whitewash them.Negatives
We didn't like the quality of food, no variety. Every day is almost the same. There are very few fruits and vegetables. The showers in the room are very small.

I was pleased with my stay at the Winsdor sanatorium. The staff is wonderful, attentive, responsive, professional. The cuisine is delicious. It’s great that you can choose hot food for lunch and dinner. The rooms are clean. Cleaned every day. There is something to compare with. A year ago, treatment took place in Marianske Lazne at the Butterfly Hotel. I was also dissatisfied with the doctor. No massage at all. I will only go to Karlovy Vary in Windsor

When scheduling procedures, time for breakfast and drinking water from sources is not taken into account. The problem is in the restaurant: if you don’t come to the reception in the first hour, then most of the products (especially tasty ones) disappear, according to the principle of who gets up first, gets his slippers.

Among the minuses in the restaurant upon arrival, the food seemed to be good, for the last week what was left after lunch was the same side dish sold for dinner, dry Varenach potatoes, and there was no sign of lentils anymore, one shift had very friendly girls, and in the other shift there was a feeling of negativity towards Russian, even with a glance, but nothing spoiled it for us!

The head nurse describes procedures without taking into account the opinions of vacationers. There are very large time gaps between procedures, although there is practically no queue. The head doctor is somehow biased towards the opinions of patients, perhaps this is due to the renovation. In the dining room, meat dishes are boiled in broth and are completely tasteless. The rest of the food is normal.

I lived in this sanatorium from March 24 to April 14, 2019. Everything is excellent - treatment (20 procedures per week), the hotel's location is close to the springs, food, two swimming pools (thermal as intended), sauna. Thanks to all the staff.
