My husband and I were from March 21 to April 1, 2022 at the Windsor Spa Hotel and we want to write down our impression of everything. We were very pleased with everything. We were immediately delighted with the doctor and the procedures he prescribed for us. Also the cleanliness of our room. And there are no words about the food, such a variety of dishes, everything was so tasty, from soup to baked assortment and fruit. In general, we received tremendous treatment from everything. Moreover, the procedures are all amazing, a swimming pool, a sauna - what else is needed for complete relaxation. Thanks to all the medical staff. the staff, from the reception and those who cook and clean - everyone is so friendly. We now want to come here again this fall, again to enjoy the rest and treatment. We visited the sanatorium for the second time and were very pleased. My husband and I went with exacerbations and back pain, they really helped us at the sanatorium, even 1 week was enough. All heaters in the room were completely cold. As long as it was warm outside it wasn't a problem. But when it got colder outside, it wasn't so comfortable anymore... We are very pleased with our treatment at the Windsor Hotel. The hotel has qualified and very friendly staff, as well as the organization and planning of procedures at a high professional level. To say we were delighted would be an understatement, it was fantastic. The hotel is located in the very center, so convenient that it is even impossible to describe, within walking distance, literally 1 minute walk from the sources, everything was very, very tasty, excellent attitude of the staff, a very competent doctor, we were glad to hear competent recommendations and get answers to long-standing questions. I would also like to note the nurses, everyone, without exception, was friendly and attentive. In a word, the hotel deserves the highest rating, I recommend it to those who really want to improve their health and leave Karlovy Vary rested and healthier! Thanks to the hotel management for such an excellent organization and for the amazingly attentive staff!
