Unfortunately, it was not without its shortcomings. The elevator near the restaurant was fine for two days during our stay, we had to take a detour. Well, the second drawback caused some stress for my wife. We additionally ordered a Thai massage, which was to take place in the hotel building. But at the massage site, there was some kind of artisan. After all the running around, it turned out that the massage would be performed in another place, somewhere in the center of Karlovy Vary, and since the service had already been paid for, we were forced to look for this place. I was very unpleasantly surprised when I saw that during inhalations, the plastic corrugated tube was not changed after the patient, but only the disposable cardboard tip. This is wrong and dangerous to health, because... The device produces a fine spray that, when inhaled, reaches the sterile respiratory organs; you can infect your respiratory tract with dangerous bacteria. In other hotels, the corrugation is immersed in a disinfectant solution after each patient - I personally observed the process. She immediately refused to continue this procedure, explaining the reason to her older sister. I consider this unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a hotel with a strong medical base. After my complaint, I observed that, unfortunately, nothing had changed; the tubes had not begun to be changed and processed after each patient. During the three weeks of my stay I had fish for dinner only once. I don't eat meat for dinner because... My husband and I were from March 21 to April 1, 2022 at the Windsor Spa Hotel and we want to write down our impression of everything. We were very pleased with everything. We were immediately delighted with the doctor and the procedures he prescribed for us. Also the cleanliness of our room. And there are no words about the food, such a variety of dishes, everything was so tasty, from soup to baked assortment and fruit. In general, we received tremendous treatment from everything. Moreover, the procedures are all amazing, a swimming pool, a sauna - what else is needed for complete relaxation. We visited the sanatorium for the second time and were very pleased. My husband and I went with exacerbations and back pain, they really helped us at the sanatorium, even 1 week was enough. We are very pleased with our treatment at the Windsor Hotel. The hotel has qualified and very friendly staff, as well as the organization and planning of procedures at a high professional level.
