If you are going for rehabilitation or treatment, you will have to purchase additional procedures for the proposed package. If you are just going on vacation to walk around the city, try some water, drink beer. This is the place for you. The hotel staff is friendly. Спасибо за ваш отзыв. 1.Полотенца - в каждой ванной комнате в отеле возле фена находиться инструкция.В которой чётко указано как гость должен поступить если желает чистое полотенце. Постельное бельё ,здесь стоит отметить,что ваше прожывание в отеле Виндзор с 4.12.2023 по 10.12.2023 не включает полую неделю ну всё же если у Вас не было на двери таблички Не беспокоить так такая проблема вообще не уместна.В папке в номере находиться информация до какого времени горничные убирают номера.С вашей информации не меняли раз в неделю ясно,что на двери была табличка Не беспокоить. 2.В номерах от 5 декабря на первом этаже проходят ремонтные работы.После ремонта всё чиститься ...Вы жыли на 113 наверное заметили . 3.Приём врач назначает для гостей заселившихся в воскресенье на понедельник и вторник.Прнять 44 человека,а то и больше это просто не реально . Проблем договориться невозникало а ещё если и состояния здорвья не позволяет принять процедуру так тут и речи нет.Медперсонал у нас высокой квалификации не могу поверить,что могли допустить такую ошыбку. 4.Пожелание.... процедуры только пожеланию Вы можете выбрать на спаресепшн те которые доступны без назначения врача,а всё остальное только по назначению. Выбирайте при заказе прожывание и питание без лечения,а вот лечения покупайте и планируйте на месте процедуры по вашему желанию такая возможность есть и всегда была у нас.Ваш лечебный пакет изучила там просто всё идеально. We really liked the hotel, we spent a week there celebrating the New Year. The location is great and the food is amazing too. Medical procedures are beyond praise. I would like to express special gratitude to the reception staff - Veronica, Maxim and Ivo. They are great guys and professionals in their field. They helped us with all our requests and questions. The transfer left an unpleasant aftertaste... We drove from Germany to Karlovy Vary for almost 13 hours!!!, across the whole of Germany!, that’s a lot! We understand that the company must save money, but still this is too long a journey for us and for the driver, for our safety. We and the driver were very tired during the journey. Yes, oddly enough, it’s very cold sitting in the car near the door, my feet are frozen! From Karlovy Vary to Germany we have a lot of questions for the driver, he left for the flight sick or with a big hangover, his hands were shaking, he read the waybill with a magnifying glass, and complained about his health all the way. We have a question for you: is a medical examination of drivers carried out before flights? And yet, while driving, the driver often used his phone, made calls and wrote SMS, which was not safe for us... all the way we thought... would we get home safely... By the end of the trip, the driver complained that he was very tired, because he had not slept the night due to stomach pain, and before that he had just arrived from a flight to Poland. Excellent location of the sanatorium, in the very center of the cultural life of Karlovy Vary! The springs are nearby, the Christmas market is nearby, all the beauty and attractions around, this is perhaps the main advantage of this sanatorium. This is not the first time we have visited Karlovy Vary with Sanatoriums and, nevertheless, we are pleasantly surprised by the cost of the vouchers. The best way to read about the Spa Hotel Windsor is on the website; the description is completely true. The location is very central, the distance to all sources is no more than 5 minutes at a slow pace. Quite spacious pool. If you wish, you can arrive early for the procedures; if it is not busy, the health workers will be happy to carry out the procedures earlier than indicated in the schedule. The location of the hotel is great. You can reach everything on foot in every direction. The rooms are nice and clean. Mattress is comfortable and pillows too. When we checked in, Veronika was at the reception, she was very nice and explained everything to us where everything was. The breakfast was good, something for everyone.Negatives
Unfortunately, the windows are old and leaky, so all the heat goes outside. The safe is mounted on the floor cupboard, so you almost have to lie down to get to it. The parking lot is very dark, although there were 4 spotlights, not a single one was on. Garbage and building rubble blocked the way. Secured only with a barrier, and 12 euros per day is too expensive. The worst thing was dinner! It was like a surprise egg, one day you could eat it, the next you could just spit it out, and with the best of intentions we couldn't get it down. There weren't always signs, but sometimes there were, e.g. Pork kidneys had a pork sign, or bull eggs Beef! Meatballs weren't made of meat (I don't want to figure out what was in them either) and had a disgusting smell. It's a shame for the historic hotel, it can't get more than 2 stars. Was Ihren Kommentar zum Abendessen betrifft, so ist das. Ich habe eine Frage, all dies ist Ihre Unzufriedenheit mit dem, was Sie nicht vor Ort im Hotel gelöst haben, Sie hatten keine einzige Beschwerde, da alles ekelhaft ist.
