Thank you very much for your reliable information and truthful videos, for all the honest pros and cons of each hotel. And for the bonus of free transfer from the airport to the hotel - special thanks! At the Windsor Hotel, where we were treated, we (seniors) felt positive, kind and professional. The wonderful, responsive booking manager Inga treated our request with respect, understanding and helped us; when we turned. Head nurse Yana very competently, quickly and conveniently described all the procedures prescribed by the doctor. Thank you! We don’t know the names of all the medical staff, but all the nurses are just super! Special thanks from us to the restaurant workers! I have experience in resort treatment of the gastrointestinal tract and therefore I know that it is not always possible to agree on having the right diet, for example, everything is only boiled (chicken, fish, vegetables) and every day. We rate the professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of both the hotel and medical staff as very positive. Everything seemed clean and the house overall had a bright and friendly appearance. We also found it positive that all treatments took place in-house, which ensured the peace and relaxation that should also characterize a treatment. The location of the hotel on the promenade and the proximity to the springs was also very advantageous for us because we have walking difficulties. We had a spacious room for 4 people, a large living room and a spacious bathroom. Overall, a very pleasant stay. If you are just going on vacation to walk around the city, try some water, drink beer. This is the place for you. The hotel staff is friendly. Спасибо за ваш отзыв. 1.Полотенца - в каждой ванной комнате в отеле возле фена находиться инструкция.В которой чётко указано как гость должен поступить если желает чистое полотенце. Постельное бельё ,здесь стоит отметить,что ваше прожывание в отеле Виндзор с 4.12.2023 по 10.12.2023 не включает полую неделю ну всё же если у Вас не было на двери таблички Не беспокоить так такая проблема вообще не уместна.В папке в номере находиться информация до какого времени горничные убирают номера.С вашей информации не меняли раз в неделю ясно,что на двери была табличка Не беспокоить. 2.В номерах от 5 декабря на первом этаже проходят ремонтные работы.После ремонта всё чиститься ...Вы жыли на 113 наверное заметили . 3.Приём врач назначает для гостей заселившихся в воскресенье на понедельник и вторник.Прнять 44 человека,а то и больше это просто не реально . Проблем договориться невозникало а ещё если и состояния здорвья не позволяет принять процедуру так тут и речи нет.Медперсонал у нас высокой квалификации не могу поверить,что могли допустить такую ошыбку. 4.Пожелание.... процедуры только пожеланию Вы можете выбрать на спаресепшн те которые доступны без назначения врача,а всё остальное только по назначению. Выбирайте при заказе прожывание и питание без лечения,а вот лечения покупайте и планируйте на месте процедуры по вашему желанию такая возможность есть и всегда была у нас.Ваш лечебный пакет изучила там просто всё идеально.
