We stayed in this sanatorium for two weeks, for the first time we took two rooms. In one room the windows overlooked the courtyard (parking lot), in the other - onto the street. Room with windows facing the courtyard: The windows are plastic, hermetically sealed. The room was always very quiet and very warm. We even turned off the heating completely, regularly ventilated the room and slept with the window slightly open. Wonderful room. Minor drawback: The first spots of mold are already visible on the ceiling in the bathroom. They didn’t bother us, but if the mold is not removed immediately, then after a while the entire ceiling will “bloom.” We ask the staff to pay attention to this, otherwise complaints will not be avoided in the future. Room with windows facing the street: Historical facade, perhaps that’s why - the windows were old, still wooden, did not close tightly, there were cracks from which it blew, and “thanks to” which the room was noisy. During the day this noise was not particularly disturbing, but in the evening and at night you could constantly hear cars and buses passing by, and the conversations of tourists passing by the hotel. In addition, the garbage truck arrived early in the morning and the noisy loading of garbage made it very difficult to sleep. For people with good, sound sleep, this will not be a hindrance. Otherwise, it is better to immediately ask the hotel staff to provide a room with windows overlooking the parking lot. In addition, in the shower you had to wait a long time for the cold water to drain and the hot water to flow. The rest of the room is wonderful: a large, bright bathroom with large windows up to the ceiling, high ceilings. Both rooms have excellent internet access. Parking: The hotel has 10 parking spaces for 36 rooms. Many thanks to the girls serving in the hall - Natasha, Suzanna, Irina. Having learned that we were going on a full-day excursion, they prepared lunch bags for us (we did not know about this service). Always smiling, polite, attentive, heartfelt thanks to them. Procedures: The staff during the procedures are very polite, helpful, and always ready to help. There were absolutely no queues for procedures. On the contrary, when it was necessary to undergo procedures ahead of time and the staff had a “window”, they always met halfway. If it was necessary to change the schedule of procedures (we were leaving for a day on an excursion), then they changed the schedule for us without any problems. Many thanks to Mrs. Yana, Petra, Olga, Natasha and her partner in the thermal pool and the girls (unfortunately, we don’t know their names) for mud compresses, oxygen therapy and baths. The male massage therapists - Thomas and David - did a very good and high-quality massage. Summary: Many thanks to all the staff of the Windsor Hotel, these two weeks were simply fabulous, we will come here with great pleasure next year and are already recommending this hotel to all our friends and acquaintances.
