It is located in the very center of Karlovy Vary, very convenient parking. The rooms are very spacious, soft mattresses. The food is buffet, there is not much choice, but everything is very tasty. The hotel has a large swimming pool, the water is very warm +29 degrees, next to the pool there is a sauna. The staff is very polite and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.Negatives

Very friendly staff, always helpful and accommodating. Treatments are discreet, in a calm atmosphere and without waiting time. The treating doctor spent a lot of time with us, just a tool. The room was bright, well laid out, and great emphasis was placed on hygiene. Room service/cleaning service is simply great! A big plus is our own parking space. The food was very tasty, prepared with love (many thanks to the kitchen and the chef!!!), large selection.
