The hotel is located 10 meters from the Colonade, the hotel is clean, the standard room is small but cozy, in 10 days the towels were changed several times and the bed sheets were changed once, cleaning was done every day, the staff was very friendly. Good and numerous treatments, 2 swimming pools and a hot, dry sauna. The food is varied and tasty. The hotel has thermal water for procedures. The tap comes out with good water to drink! The ventilation in the shower was poor. We were not notified about the day of the free excursion to Prague and we were late to apply on time! The resort map is designed a little aggressively. We were there for the second time. During my stay at the hotel I had only the best impressions. I was met at the reception by a very pleasant Simona. She was very polite, explained everything, told us, but due to some unfortunate mistake she put us in the “Standard” room instead of the “Superior”. Special thanks to Inga Bodnar, manager, for her responsiveness and efficiency in correcting this error. It was a pleasure to meet her and watch her work. Many thanks to the very competent Doctor Milan Kohle and the nurse for the prescribed procedures and well-designed schedule. We don’t know the names of all the medical staff, but all the nurses are just super! Beautiful city, good hotel location, friendly staff, delicious food, good treatment. Very good sauna, gorgeous swimming pool. In general, many thanks to all the staff for a wonderful 2 weeks. I didn’t want to leave. If you manage to visit Karlovy Vary again, then definitely go to the same hotel! Thank you all so much for everything!!!Negatives

Cleaning the room took 5 minutes, old and broken furniture for which you had to pay at the end. Check and photograph everything before moving in so you don’t have to pay exorbitant amounts of money for repairs. The old building, and even after renovation, room 110, where I was placed, had an unpleasant, intrusive smell of old, musty coverings and did not air out, despite the open window during the 8 days of my stay. The room was not changed due to lack of availability. They offered an improved one for an extra charge of 90 euros. but the room was noisy on the sunny side and without air conditioning, and the temperature was under 30 degrees. Leider können wir es nicht zum vollen Preis eines Einzelzimmers verkaufen, aber für eine Economy-Klasse entspricht der Preis. Die Aussicht ist Nicht 100 %, aber das Bett ist 140 x 200 und 24 m2 groß. On the trip to Prague, knowledge of one main language (German/English/Spanish/French) is necessary for the travel service/reception so that at least the essential announcements (where is the meeting point, when are we meeting, where is the bus, who is it? contact person, this or that doesn't work, where is this or that etc.) can understand. The food does not meet the requirements of a spa/spa stay. More modern, more calorie-conscious food with a little more variety would be desirable.
