I have been a guest at the Krivan sanatorium for the umpteenth time. The accommodation is good as usual and the reception staff are very friendly. The room was clean and cleaned regularly. Everything fine. The food was completely fine, the service was attentive, very friendly and fulfilled all my wishes. The applications were great as usual! I will book again - it's just good for anyone who is really looking for more than just SPA. It is a real sanatorium with a friendly and very competent team. Thank you.

The location of the sanatorium cannot even be better imagined, the Garden Colonnade is a meter from the sanatorium, the Mill Colonnade is a few meters away, so maintaining the drinking regime is very easy and pleasant, a leisurely walk three times a day is a pleasure. Our doctor prescribed us 11.8 and 6 sources. The spa treatment is excellent, all 33 procedures were performed, performed very efficiently and in full, the staff speaks Russian, special thanks to doctor Sofia, an excellent spa doctor. There were no problems with changing the time for completing procedures; everything was changed to a convenient time for completion. The premises are cleaned daily. At the end of the stay at the sanatorium, an antigen test was taken. Everything was great except the food. Perhaps after repeated complaints about the quality of food, something will improve. It is clear that after the pandemic everyone is living in economy mode, at the beginning of the holiday there were very few people, many sanatoriums were completely closed, then the holidaymakers stayed, the city was filled with people.

The food was very modest, the portions were not large, and the buffet ran out of dishes long before the end of the allotted time. the menu there is very, very limited. The time allotted for eating was very short, sometimes there was not enough time to combine it with the procedures. Despite the fact that orders for dishes were collected 24 hours in advance, one fine day the dish I ordered was not available. A clear sign of poor management. On the day of the excursion, we received packed rations for lunch and dinner, which clearly did not replace them. The contents of the ration included a 1.5 liter bottle of water, I don’t think that 1.5 liters of water is equivalent to a hot lunch or dinner in terms of nutritional value. The water in thermoses for breakfast was almost always lukewarm, tea was not brewed, it seems this was done so that guests would go to the bar and spend their money for what they had already paid for once. One evening, a fire alarm went off in one sector of the hotel. In this situation, the staff was completely illiterate and without a clear protocol of actions. While the guests were rushing up the stairs and did not know which exit to run out of, the first floor and lobby bar continued the fun and dancing!!! It’s too early to sow panic, but.....Then the fun begins - the worker on duty notices the fire alarm and goes out to check what happened. At the same time, guests continue to move and enter the dangerous sector. No one blocked the entrance to the sector of the building, no one informed the guests that while checking the cause of the siren, it was forbidden to enter this territory. People in panic did not understand anything and continued to go in and out of their rooms in the sector where there was no electricity and the alarm system was working . Absolute irresponsibility of the staff and illiteracy. It was simply wild to observe this from the outside for a person who constantly and regularly takes fire safety courses and has responsibilities and a clear protocol of actions at his full-time job. What happens next - the hotel duty officer inspects the sector, without saying a word to the guests, who are still located and continue to move in the dangerous sector. After the supposed check was completed, the duty officer did not announce anything to anyone, i.e. people didn’t fully understand what to do—whether it was possible to go to their room quietly, whether it was safe. There was simply no conversation with the guests either at the beginning of the situation or at its end; the guests asked each other what to do... The attendant did not even bother to inform the guests that they could return to their room and everything was safe. By the way, there were no apologies, even the next morning. I repeat once again - the complete irresponsibility of the staff in this sanatorium. I think that says it all. In the pool, the water and air were cold, it is extremely uncomfortable to be there, the water aerobics trainer is very lazy and not at all active for such a procedure, besides, 1 hour is allotted for this procedure, and the classes are only 10 minutes, what to do next? - to the sauna You can’t walk, it’s not comfortable to sit in cold water.....

I really liked Dr. Sofia, she finally diagnosed me (for more than 10 years I have been suffering from arthrosis of the feet, and then my knees, the pain is hellish, I went to a bunch of doctors here in Italy, no one really said anything or could help), prescribed me an excellent treatment program and By the 3-4th day I was already flying up the stairs (and on the first day of my arrival I couldn’t even climb a step).
