At my request, they brought a soft mattress to the room, on which I could sleep. The room is generally well equipped.Negatives
Unfortunately, the food is tasteless and not always fresh. No variety! Portions are small. I practically didn’t see any fruits, as well as fresh vegetables. I found midges in the compote, and they were in the entire container from which the compote/water was poured into the glass. I bought a ticket to treat my back. The mattress in the room was terribly hard, so for the first night I had to inflate the mattress, which fortunately was in my car. There is no mat in the shower stall in the room, which increases the risk of falling. It was very slippery. Thin and hard towels.

One of the pluses is that at the Kryvan sanatorium, all procedures are on-site in one building, you don't need to go anywhere, which is very convenient at any time of the year. Good location, near the colonnade with water. Beautiful views. Nearby is a pool with thermal water.

This hotel was chosen due to the presence of a nutritionist and the gluten-free diet described in the advertisement. In fact, it turned out that there was no food suitable for me as a person suffering from celiac disease. We had to return dishes several times and this did not always find a positive response from the staff, or the kitchen workers did not understand what was going on at all. The menu is very limited, the quality of the products is low and, as a rule, there was not a single dish that was gluten free. I left hungry and ate outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was VERY friendly and always helpful. The food was delicious and perfect for people with digestive problems. But what I was missing...small signs describing the food. I was there after Gallenope and absolutely had to know what kind of food it was, what soup it was, whether there was compote or juice. Everyone was assigned a table. Very comfortable 👍, you never had to look for a free space. Although the furniture and carpet are old, everything is clean. There are iron boards in the hallway on each floor.👍Negatives
We were unlucky with the spa treatments. The doctor refused all spa treatments for my husband because he was not allowed to have them because of his acute illness. A piece of advice to anyone who is sick: It is better to ask before booking whether you will receive the spa treatments. BUT we received a full refund for the spa treatments we paid for without any problems. Another piece of advice from us: get to the restaurant a little earlier. The food is cleaned up half an hour before closing time. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the privately paid treatments in this hotel because the hotel was fully booked and there was only time for the guests who received spa treatments. That's why we had to go to the salt cave, swimming pool and massages in the other hotels.

Your promotional videos show peat covering your knees and feet. In reality, this procedure did not exist, although it was requested. The bus transfer from Germany and back is not suitable for the elderly and sick, it is very crowded, especially for sore legs. The bus from the sanatorium broke down on the way, we waited at Rashtetnaya for repairs to be completed for more than 3 hours!!!

Stay from June 25th to July 15th, 2023, two people, double room. Location Central and great, in the immediate vicinity of healing springs, max. 7 minutes walk. Service The medical staff was very nice and helpful. The treatments were very professional. Gastronomy Breakfast as a buffet. Rich and varied. Lunch and dinner according to the menu (you chose from 6 menus the day before). There was soup for lunch and dinner. There is something for every taste. Everything was freshly prepared and we enjoyed it. The staff helpful, friendly, simply great. Room The room was in house 2 with a view of the street and was also big enough. Very clean, quiet and functionally furnished, nice for a 3 star hotel. Towels were changed approximately every 2 days, bed linen every week. The room cleaning took place daily. Plus points: kettle, hairdryer, a hot pipe for drying laundry. Price performance / Conclusion Good price/performance ratio. The hotel is very clean, lots of seating in the hallways and a library. We plan to repeat the spa stay and can only recommend the Krivan sanatorium.Negatives
The hotel is only partially handicapped accessible. There are many stairs to climb to buildings 2 and 3. Not so easy for older and disabled people.
