An unpleasant surprise was that the apartment (two rooms) did not live up to its name. Absolutely no comfort and coziness, a minimum of furniture, a very small closet in the hallway, but two large double beds in both rooms, instead of the expected sofa. A small mirror, one for two rooms and a hallway, for some reason it was in the corner in the back room. The walls were dirty, without a single, even small, painting. There were four of us at the Kurhotel Windsor in February 2023. When we arrived, the lady at reception was quite unfriendly, her answers were short, she seemed to be in a hurry, even though we were the only ones there at the time. This is not acceptable. This is a clear organization of time, all types of treatment, this is the allocation of a table number in a restaurant and the organization of a buffet with a wide assortment!!! I would also like to thank Vladimir for the precise organization of the transfer! It so happened that one person from our group got sick, and we had to contact the transfer to send the sick person 10 DAYS earlier and everything was organized, without any delays! We stayed for 6 days from February 19 to February 25, 2023. The hotel is very nice, cozy, great location, excellent and varied food (special thanks to the chef). The staff is friendly, room cleaning is also excellent. During the six days of our stay, bed linen was changed once, towels can be changed every day (if desired). Nice big pool, but only open until 20.00 (not very convenient). I recommend this hotel, I would be happy to come back here.Negatives

Transfer to the hotel: we were picked up on time, the driver was a professional, but the minibus was full, the two of us were put in the front seat next to the driver, it was very uncomfortable, we sat half sideways, there was nowhere to put our legs. When the staff was replaced: they were poorly covered, they didn’t offer ice. It’s understandable - little things. But they make the stay pleasant. My husband and I have been in the sanatorium since January 23, 2023. to 02/04/23. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff. All the nurses were very attentive. The food was delicious.
