Для пребывания в номере втроем мы рекомендуем бронировать номер категории апартамент. Хотим уточнить, что помещения в отеле проветриваются ежедневно, особенно часто в летнее время. Поскольку наш отель находится над источниками с минеральной водой, иногда в пасмурную погоде чествуется неприятный запах из улицы, однако такое бывает крайне редко. Hello, we really enjoyed our trip to Karlovy Vary to the Hotel Windsor. The whole staff was super friendly. Reception: Pani Simona, Pani Weronika very friendly staff that we will never forget. Симона через два дня как приняла смену увидела ошибку и попросила Веронику вернуть Вам деньги, что Вероника и сделала. О фене наши сотрудники Вас не спрашивали и Симона и не давала Вам его. Наше покрытие регулярно чистят, оно не имеет неприятных запахов. Поскольку отель на прямую подключён к источникам во время пасмурной погоды на улице слышен неприятный запах. We enjoyed our vacation at this hotel! The location is wonderful, all the staff are very polite and friendly. Делаем всё возможное ,чтоб ваш отдых был превосходным. Презрительного отношения к людям пожелого возраста и к людям с ограниченными возможностями. Это просто не уместно . Не важно какой у вас возраст или вы являетесь человек с ограниченными возможностями как может к вам отношение персонала быть презрительное вы гость и мы всё делаем,чтоб вы чувствовали себя хорошо и комфортно.Ценим каждого гостя и неделим людей на категории...
