Each nurse works on 2-3 procedures and they physically do not have time to do more. For example, in 11 days I was given an underwater massage only 2 times, although I asked for at least 5. They refused, they replied that only 2 could be done, there were many guests. And the masseuse is not very good, she only strokes. She also gives baths. But there are no complaints about the quality of procedures and staff. The hotel is very good. The food is good.

This time we found ourselves in a room on the 5th floor with such a pungent acidic smell from the sewer that it caused a gag reflex. Opening the window and ventilating did not help. The appointment of procedures was somewhat chaotic, sometimes it turned out to be two baths a day, and this is a little difficult. It was very helpful to have the nurse in the thermal pool explain how to properly take this procedure: leave every 5 minutes and not stay for more than 10 minutes (the wall said maximum 15). The water there is 38-40 degrees, and after fifteen minutes of being there I felt sick. I would also like some variety at breakfast, more juices, different types of yoghurts and fruits. Касательно разнообразия на завтраках, то у нас 4 вида сыров, 4 вида салями, сладкий и белый йогурт, сушеные фрукты, 2 вида яиц и остальные предложения которые должны быть в стандарте отеля четыре звезды. It didn’t work several times, and this was very important, since this elevator is the only access from the 2nd floor to the restaurant and spa. Another option, through the reception, is not very convenient and takes a long time. And in my opinion, it is necessary to pay attention to the issue of fire safety. The hotel contains many labyrinths and no signs for emergency exits. During my 15 days at the hotel, I still didn’t understand how to evacuate from the second floor using the stairs if something happened.
