Each nurse works on 2-3 procedures and they physically do not have time to do more. For example, in 11 days I was given an underwater massage only 2 times, although I asked for at least 5. They refused, they replied that only 2 could be done, there were many guests. And the masseuse is not very good, she only strokes. She also gives baths. The hotel contains many labyrinths and no signs for emergency exits. During my 15 days at the hotel, I still didn’t understand how to evacuate from the second floor using the stairs if something happened.
