We were very satisfied with our 13 day stay at the Kurhotel Richmond. Everything was right, the applications/treatments were great. The overall service is very good. The food selection is very diverse and also very good. The waitresses are very quick. We can also praise the doctor very much, she listened and gave advice. We were completely satisfied with our stay at the Hotel Richmond. Very nice and friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere in the hotel and everything was clean and well maintained. Applications were very good and appointments were optimal. We also really liked the swimming and sauna area. The location of the hotel is great and very quiet and you can be in the city center in just a few minutes and the bus stop is right next to it. I really liked the Richmond sanatorium. Excellent, competent staff - everyone in their place. The medical staff is very friendly, always with a smile and a good mood. My husband’s blood pressure was rising - the doctor prescribed several appointments, monitored his condition, and wrote out a prescription. The restaurant has a very varied menu, everything is very tasty. The waitresses are top notch. I really liked the wellness center. Swimming pool, saunas, thermal pool - available all day. Cleaning was carried out regularly, bathrobes were exchanged, and bed linen was changed three times in 10 days. Everything is great!!! I recommend!!!Negatives

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff of the sanatorium for their friendliness, decency, kindness, and compassion. The sanatorium is clean, cozy, warm, calm and extremely pleasant. The location is great, secluded, quiet place away from the hustle and bustle, lots of opportunities for nature walks. A very important advantage is the ability to drink thermal mineral water without leaving the sanatorium. Special praise for the delicious cuisine, varied products, very high quality, mostly dietary, decent and timely service, we received great pleasure from such abundance. A wonderful SPA area, a large selection of saunas, swimming pools, fresh towels and sheets are provided for every visit. The procedures are carried out strictly according to schedule, in a gentle manner, with great attention to each patient, everything necessary is given on site, the patient just needs to come. Apartment is very clean and spacious, food is excellent and varied, wellness area is also clean, most of the staff are very friendly but not all of them. However, there wasn't much going on at the time of our stay, which was very pleasant, especially in the wellness area. The roaring heating in the room ran 24 hours a day, the air conditioning switched on to lower the temperature at night, there was nothing you could regulate yourself, it was supposed to be taken care of when asked, but nothing happened. The treatments were a mass process, very impersonal, perhaps it was due to the language barrier... the specified appointments were strictly adhered to...so no waiting times. The breakfast buffet was very good… the dinner not so much… all in all the price/performance ratio is quite reasonable.Positives

The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy place. 15 minutes walk to source number 1. The food is at the highest level, mostly dietary dishes - a sufficient amount of boiled vegetables, which was very important for me.
