For toiletries, only liquid soap! Does not correspond to four stars at all! When we arrived, it was slippery, there was no sprinkles, so there was no opportunity for walking! Our room had a very unpleasant smell, which they could not eliminate. The food was not bad, good coffee. In general, the external impression is good, but next time we will probably choose another hotel.

The wellness center was closed from December 12 to 16. Bathrobes were changed only once in 12 days and only upon request. The price for the same room for a couple on the same dates in December has risen by as much as 600 euros. It's a shame.

good afternoon, dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I didn’t want to write, but I decided anyway. My husband and I stopped by on December 4 for 3 weeks until December 24, we will be given a room at 3 a 301 without an entrance hall, minimum furniture, the room is very small, uncomfortable, cold in the corner, wet with the smell of mold, we are elderly, yes category 2, but we are pensioners, we ordered money, we are resting and receiving treatment not for the first time, but this time the mood was spoiled at the reception, they said, contact the reservation department on Monday. On Monday, December 5th, they told us to pay 120 euros and now we will change, we refused, then wait until Saturday for us they gave 334 for free on the 11th. I would like them to treat the elderly with some kind of understanding. We take a trip based on money, but if we had enough money, we would book a suite. Thank you for your understanding.

I really amazed by the quite good service (check it, transfer, cleaning, treatment and so on). As a remarke, in order to improve the situation with checking kitchen's ticket I strongly recomend to check it on step of entring into the kitcken room (not duting the eating :)).

We stayed at the Richmond Hotel for the sixth time. This already speaks for itself. Everyone likes it, everyone is happy. Friendly staff, wonderful doctor, clean room, great food selection.
