I chose a room from category “2”, because on your website the width of beds in this category is 100 cm. In reality, there are NO such beds in Richmond, all beds are 90 cm wide. It was a disappointment. I don’t accuse anyone of forgery, but if I had known earlier, I would have come to terms with this width in advance.

There were some downsides to the Richmond Hotel's procedures. I got one bad, indifferent worker in the massage and Charcot shower procedures. There were unpleasant consequences after the procedures. After the request to replace the specialist, everything came into balance. In addition, a couple of times it was noticed that instead of the required 20 minutes, the procedure ended after 15 minutes. And once, at the end of the procedure with the hydromassage bath, two used patches floated to the surface. They weren't mine. This means that the bathtub was not cleaned properly before the next use. This is unacceptable.

Second time to the Richmond sanatorium. All liked it. The staff is polite and responsive. The food is varied and tasty (however, the confectionery on our first visit was much more varied and tastier)). Scheduled treatment. The spa area is at the proper level. The nature is excellent, we walked through the forest park, the air is crystal clear.Negatives
Upon arrival, we were placed in a cold, uncomfortable room with an old renovation. It was very cold at night, we even caught a little cold. After contacting the reception, we were able to be moved to another vacant room only after 2 nights. We want to come again, but we are afraid that we might be put in an unpresentable room again. I would like to immediately live in comfortable, cozy conditions without wasting time.

During our stay at the hotel, unfortunately the drinking water source did not work. When asked when the water supply would be restored, no one gave an exact answer. The system for using fitness is also not well thought out. There is one card, and whoever took it is the one who takes it, the door is already closed, there is no access for others. In between procedures, or in bad weather, there is no chance of getting into the room if someone has already taken the key card.
