Very large, comfortable and clean room ("Double Room Lux") Perfect and quiet location, after 10 minutes walk you are in the city center. The treatments and wellness area also correspond to the standard of the spa hotel. The Richmond Hotel/Resort is located in a beautiful, well-kept park a 20-minute walk from the city center, so the walk was a pleasure. Food - buffet in the morning and evening - super! We arrived on Sunday after 15:00 and were given a doctor’s appointment only on Tuesday. On Monday we were prescribed a classic massage, for which we thank you very much, but considering that we arrived for only a week, we could have started the procedures earlier and ordered more of what we liked. Suggestion - for those arriving on Sunday with your transfer, arrange an initial doctor's appointment on Monday. The return transfer was very unsuccessful. I won't describe it in detail. There were some downsides to the Richmond Hotel's procedures. I got one bad, indifferent worker in the massage and Charcot shower procedures. There were unpleasant consequences after the procedures. After the request to replace the specialist, everything came into balance. In addition, a couple of times it was noticed that instead of the required 20 minutes, the procedure ended after 15 minutes. And once, at the end of the procedure with the hydromassage bath, two used patches floated to the surface. They weren't mine. This means that the bathtub was not cleaned properly before the next use.
