The location in the countryside, parking (€6.50 per night), cleanliness, food (we had full board) very tasty and varied, staff (parking attendant, reception, chambermaid, restaurant service to application staff) very nice. Katja and Tatjana, the waitresses from the restaurant, deserve special recognition. We also visited the wellness area every day and hope that the next time we stay, the mineral water supply will be restored and the thermal bath can be used daily. Not enough hooks, storage space for bathrobes, but the loungers are often used. There are no places to rest at peak times. Unfortunately, we often see that the children don't behave, scream, cry (nothing against children, I also have children and grandchildren), but this is more likely due to the parents' poor upbringing. Such families don't belong there, relaxation is prevented by such guests. The stopover with the nurse (making an appointment to see the doctor) is unnecessary. The appointments could be made directly by reception, in the order in which they arrive at the hotel? As I said, I think it's an unnecessary waste of time and a job creation measure if you have to go to a nurse who just writes the time on the back of the application booklet. The reception already writes the number of these on it, so could they write the doctor's appointments that take place every 20 minutes directly on it?! Or that you could register for your doctor's appointment online in advance, saving time on site and more time for relaxation?! Planning applications is a bit chaotic. Sometimes there is little time to rest between applications. There is the feeling that the appointments are made when the employees in the hotel have a free appointment and not according to what makes medical sense. So, more from an economic point of view than from a medical one. The saunas are small for such a large hotel, they can accommodate up to four guests and the hotel has 211 rooms. The whirlpool (fits five guests) was always occupied. The cuisine is very good and tasty for those who like to eat meat. I suspect that vegetarians will be dissatisfied. The fitness room was always closed, the equipment was outdated, and I brought my sports gear for free.Positives
