The downside was the quality of food. Despite the large selection of dishes (three different types of meat and fish for lunch and dinner, salads, vegetables and fruits, etc.), the food was bland every other day. Apparently, this depended on the change of cooks.

Great resort! Good doctors and competent, polite medical staff. Comfortable conditions for living and treatment. I really liked the food in the restaurant. This was not the first time we had rest and treatment at the Parkhotel Richmond and have repeatedly met regular visitors to the hotel there. Many of them came from the USA, Israel, Germany and other countries 10-15 times. This is the best characteristic of Richmond.

We went to the sanatorium with my mother, this was our first experience, and we did not know what exactly to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the staff was very friendly, there were no problems with the language barrier (for my mother). The room is very spacious, cleaning is regular. There was no problem with towels either in the room or in the pool. The food is varied, the choice, in my opinion, is sufficient. The location is wonderful, quiet, near the forest, excellent air! We didn't find any significant downsides. There is no air conditioning in the room, which can be a problem in the summer. The sources are really very far away; we didn’t always have time to get to them calmly due to the schedule of procedures. There is a minimal number of young people in the hotel, but this is rather not a minus, but just a note, given the specific nature of the stay.

The only negative: the polluted territory of the forest park. All the statues have turned green and many of the trees are covered in many years of cobwebs and mold. I wish the hotel area was as clean and tidy as the hotel itself!

I’ve been on vacation at the Parkhotel Richmond sanatorium with friends for the 3rd time. I really love this sanatorium for its convenience, cleanliness and very pleasant location (forest, park, nearby river). This time I arrived with a sore leg, I was limping very much and was in severe pain. Doctor Hana prescribed me the right procedures and at the end of the rest and treatment I was able to return home calmly, almost without a limp. I would like to mention a very good masseuse (sometimes very harsh, depending on my mood). Her name is Kristoforova Veta (1st room, 0th floor) She does massage does it great! I recommend it! Gas injections are an unpleasant procedure for many, for me too, but the way the girl from office 1 (1st A floor) does them is simply a fairy tale! She has a light hand and a very kind disposition. Always smiling and very pleasant. Huge Thanks to her. These are advantages. But there are also disadvantages that I would not like to see next time: the number of procedures indicated on the sanatoriums website for 16 days and 15 nights does not coincide with what the sanatorium itself provides. It turns out to be 2 procedures less .And also about food: every year it becomes more and more monotonous. For example, breakfast: Every day the same oatmeal, 2 types of sausages (sometimes they add fried sausage or grilled sausages), scrambled eggs, mixed omelet, complexes with milk. Sometimes they add overcooked chicken schnitzels in burnt batter (the cook is not friendly with batter at all). The cook, apparently, has no idea that there are other porridges, for example, rice, millet, wheat, barley, buckwheat and others. He does what which is easiest and cheaper. I’m not even talking about all the pancakes, cheesecakes, casseroles that could be on the table... Alas... Austerity is evident, although it’s not clear why, because there are no fewer vacationers. But that’s all did not spoil our overall impression of the hotel, to which we plan to return next summer to plunge into the atmosphere of silence, peace, friendliness and comfort. And we will definitely use the services of sanatoriums.com. Thank you very much!
