The hotel has become quite run down, the facade is crumbling and doesn't look so great anymore. A renovation would be necessary. Some of the spa area has mold and no longer looks good.

This hotel is located far from the center, We knew that, but for me there are more “-” than “+”. Unfriendly, cheeky boss in the restaurant. The cleaning lady often came into the room for what we didn't understand... I can't recommend this hotel more!

The sanatorium is well located but already outdated and in need of updating, the food is average, the dishes are salty or savory, many people get sick, you arrive at the sanatorium healthy and leave with the flu or covid virus. It is necessary to quarantine and update furniture and cosmetic repairs.

I liked absolutely everything. Friendly staff who speak many languages. Clean, spacious hotel. There was a feeling of being a welcome guest both during the procedures and in the restaurant. The employees of the sanatorium work with full dedication. I received only pleasant impressions and positive emotions.

The treatments were great, especially the massage. The food was good. Plenty of choice, something for everyone. Very tasty dumplings. The staff was friendly, the girls in the restaurant were all nice and quick. We had an apartment Lux, very nicely furnished, were really satisfied, unfortunately my wife had red, swollen eyes after the first night woke up with a runny nose. We discovered that the pillows are made of feathers and she is allergic to feathers. It was a mistake that we didn't check straight away. But we travel a lot and we haven't seen feather pillows in any hotel for many years. We had the pillows replaced, but that didn't solve the problem because there was a sofa in the living room that was made entirely of feathers. Unfortunately my wife was sick for 2 weeks and had a problem showing herself. She had been walking most of the time to get some help. It's a shame that when booking there is no possibility to ask which room would be suitable. The location is good, a little further away from the center, but good for walking. Otherwise thank you everyone!

1. Staff: The resort has good reception staff. Any problem or question is immediately answered. There is a very nice young man at the bar, a professional in his field. Special thanks to the chef, the food was very tasty and varied. Also, everyone in the restaurant is very nice and helpful. 2. Number: Our room was standard with a balcony. Spacious enough to have everything you need including bathrobes. The room is cleaned every day, the bed can be changed if desired. 3. SPA: The hotel has a compact bath complex with its own mineral water pool. There is also a sauna with chamomile, which was a pleasant surprise. They provide a separate towel and sheet. 4. Location: 15-20 minutes to the center at a calm pace. The path to the center is landscaped along the river. 5. We were also satisfied with the procedures. I liked the medical staff and the doctor.Negatives
1. To the cost of the tour you need to add parking per day 6.5 euros and 2 euros per person per day resort fee. Although there is no information on paid parking anywhere on the website. 2. The mineral water pool in the spa is open only on weekends; on other days it is closed “for technical reasons.” 3. There was no shampoo in the shower in the room, only liquid soap. Also there was no kettle in the room. 4. In a restaurant, if you come later, you won’t find some dishes :) 5. Unfortunately, upon arrival from the sanatorium, we received a positive test for corona. On the last day of departure, we learned that there was a woman in the hotel with a temperature of 40. Hotel workers should immediately inform guests when corona is detected, so that guests can at least be more careful and wear masks and keep their distance. 6. There are many elderly people in the hotel, but none of the staff wears masks, including during procedures. Which is a bit cheesy these days.

Unfortunately, many guests did not adhere to the hygiene rules in the sauna. For example, people sat in the sauna without a towel and sweated on the wood. You may want to put up a sign for people who are not aware that you are going into the sauna with a towel. There is also no water hose for cleaning in the steam room.
