1. Accommodation for vacationers with animals should be in separate recreation areas. When placed normally, they interfere with rest, including at night. 2. When arriving at the sanatorium on weekends, vacationers should be provided with the necessary procedures; now procedures on these days are provided based on availability, not need. 3. Relevant employees should more often check the serviceability of furniture, TV, etc. in the rooms. 4. I liked everything very much, we stayed at this resort for the first time and I think it won’t be the last, service, food, cleaning, everything was wonderful. For Christmas holidays at lunch we were greeted with a glass of rose wine, for breakfast everyone was given gifts, a small thing, but nice. The staff was very Polite everywhere, at the Reception, in the dining room, and during procedures. The Christmas and New Year's evenings were excellent, thank you very much. We listened to Jazz and Classics at the bar on December 25 and 26. We really liked it, we enjoyed listening to it. We will definitely come again. The procedures are very well planned, there are no queues anywhere, everything is organized quickly and without problems, there has never been a delay. In general, thank you very much to everyone, we have already booked for February, I hope that we will be delighted once again.Negatives
There is also a minus: instead of 21 procedures, they gave only 17. Although on Saturday they could have given the missing ones, but, alas, they said that because of the holidays there were 4 fewer, they just loitered without procedures, although there are procedures on Saturdays. So you have to take into account holidays and write as it really is, otherwise it’s a shame, we tuned in for 21 procedures, but got 17. And as many write, dinner would have been extended until 20 hours. That would be just right.

A wonderful sanatorium. We stayed with treatment three times and were not disappointed. Every time we leave with the desire to return. Good atmosphere, mobile service, good medical facilities, very varied menu. But what I like most is the location in the park area and the swimming pool with spa at the hotel. We always try to book during special offers. The price is worth the wait. The last time we took a trip for two for 11 nights with treatment and 2 meals a day for 1090 euros.

We vacationed at the Richmond Hotel for the first time (we've been to KV before). The location of the hotel was a plus for us - we walked a lot. We were pleased with the quality, variety and choice of dishes in the restaurant. The staff was always welcoming and friendly. Having a small Fitness Center is also a plus. Thanks to the administration for organizing a festive atmosphere (Catholic Christmas) and small surprises: strudel and a glass of wine and “gluwein” - a small thing, but nice! SPA treatments and Wellness - at the level of relaxation and pleasure, can also be rated excellent! - the bar’s work will be extended until 23.00 and I would like not only live music twice a week, but light music in the evenings. - the wish for the hotel to have 5-10 rooms (without carpeting) is the only minus and thoughts for booking this hotel for the future :( Minus, the behavior of “OUR” in the restaurant, the lack of tact and manners is shocking, they arrive, seemingly not hungry .. but they carry, they carry and carry .. a very unpleasant sight from the outside .. and grumbling about the tasteless free tea for dinner .. I recommend the bar had a great selection of teas and excellent coffee!

I am very pleased with my vacation! I have long dreamed of living in this wonderful Parkhotel. I especially liked the SPA area. There was a bit of a noise in the bathroom that was a little annoying, apparently that was how the ventilation worked. When proning, the website indicated 28 treatment procedures, the sanatorium wrote 27, and said that they did not understand why this was so. As a result, the procedure was not given.

We vacationed in Richmond for the second time, and again we liked everything! We booked a standard double room with a balcony and were put in an apartment, we were pleasantly surprised. For my birthday they put a bouquet of flowers in the room, again very nice. Both the procedures and nutrition are at the highest level, some complained that the nutrition has become worse. we didn't notice. A good swimming pool area, admission to which is included in the price of your stay, includes a large swimming pool, a steam room, a Kneipp path, a large hot tub for 8 people and a small pool with thermal warm water. A very good offer! But the problem is... small the pool with thermal water was not functioning all the time.... And not a single employee of the pool, and not a single employee from the hotel administration could give an intelligible answer as to why this small pool does not work... And when will it finally work)) ))O-O-Very sad story...

I really enjoyed my stay at the sanatorium, the medical facilities were wonderful, the staff were polite, there were no queues for procedures, everything was on time, although the sanatorium was full. There were a lot of people only in the dining room, but not here. It’s not too far to walk to the springs (15 minutes of fast walking), but we enjoyed the walk, especially in a straight line. If anyone is afraid of this, then you can choose a sanatorium near the springs.Negatives
On our arrival, the pool was not filled with thermal water; it was filled 3 days before departure, and one sauna did not work for several days. Perhaps this is the only negative.

We were happy about everything! As always - everything is very good! Excellent medical staff, our doctor Hanna is an attentive and pleasant lady. It’s good that it’s warm in the women’s locker room at the pool. Good saunas. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, which is very nice. We felt a change of chef in the kitchen. In our opinion, the previous one made the menu more varied, especially the evening salad bar and evening desserts. During this season of our visit to the hotel, we have cottage cheese casserole for dinner almost every day. It's boring! And please look at the hood in the kitchen: the smells from cooking spread across all floors.
