We liked everything very much, without any problems we changed our room to a quieter one overlooking the park. The food is delicious and varied. For dinner there was always a choice of fish, poultry and 2 types of meat, a variety of side dishes. Very good spa. They provide a towel and sheet in the spa. Honey. the staff is friendly. There is a gorgeous park around, with plenty of places to take a walk.Negatives
The rooms are not cleaned often, but it was not particularly annoying. The salt sauna did not work. The main drawback is one coffee machine that makes cappuccino. Therefore, there is always a queue for it, and in the last 2 days it was broken. With so many guests there should be at least three such machines

Everything was wonderful: location in a park area, variety of food, punctual procedures and without long minutes of waiting, everything in one building, a spring on the territory of the sanatorium, the city center is a 15-minute walk away, we were pleasantly surprised, we had a rest both in body and soul. And of course the wellness area swimming pool and sauna are all nearby. The workers of the entire sanatorium are correct and polite, thank you very much for the boost of energy, stay healthy

Horrible hotel doesn't even deserve one star. Old rooms, smell of food and bleach everywhere. The food is not dietary, very little choice. The doctor is not attentive, he prescribes the same thing for everyone. A nurse takes blood without gloves. I regretted listening to the reviews and coming to this hotel.

We were there from August 26th to September 3rd. It was a great week, very pleasant and relaxed. Great location, great food and top service. The treatments very good. Most of all we would like to thank the doctors and nurses, my husband was stung by a wasp and we didn't know it was an allergic reaction. They gave it their all and reacted quickly. Thanks so much. We only spent a week at the hotel. But even this week we were delighted with Karlovy Vary. Although the hotel is located far from the colonnade, this had its advantages - a walk to drinking water in the fresh air. Excellent and very varied food for every taste, friendly honey. staff and, what is rare in sanatoriums, is an attentive doctor.

Booking on Sanatoriums.com was a breeze! The chat is active and all questions have been answered. Nice hotel, not a castle) Park and terrace! There is a children's room on the floor where the entrance to the pool is and there is a swing outside. There were families with children. Wonderful spa area, towels and sheets at the entrance. Minus: there were no disposable slippers in the rooms. We rested for a couple of days - overall we were left with a good impression. It's a 15-minute walk to the center.Negatives
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were not offered for dinner and lunch. Only later, in the bar with a terrace, was it possible to make an order... There is no currency exchange at the reception. There were no drinks in the refrigerator or glasses in the room.

I really liked the SPA. Warm pool (you can swim with children), jacuzzi, small thermal pool. Several saunas, both warm and hot. Very good for families with children. You can order a nanny. There is a sandbox. During the summer heat, the proximity of the river and forest is a big plus. The suite was spacious and clean. Very nice senior nurse. sister. The head doctor prescribed treatment taking into account my wishes. The staff is polite, efficient and friendly.Negatives
Cobwebs on the balcony, windows in the hallway. One curtain in the room partially fell off the hooks; during our stay it was not lifted into place, apparently it had been hanging like that for a long time. They couldn't reach it themselves. There were some other little things, but overall we liked it. We'll be back.
