we rested at the Richmond sanatorium for 2 weeks. I read a lot of comments and saw a lot of bad things. Almost canceled the order. But then we decided to go and check it out the hard way. So I’m writing it as it was without pretentiousness, etc. We booked a room with a balcony. Upon arrival we were given a room without a balcony. The error was corrected immediately and without issue. I also asked for hard mattresses and they moved them from room to room. The food was quite sufficient and even a bit much. In the morning there was a buffet, and lunch and dinner the main portions were optional and handed out at the counter, and everything else was again buffet. table. We have already written about coffee and juices here. It is very convenient that there is a cafe near the dining room and after dinner you can sit on the veranda, listen to music and enjoy the air with coffee or tea. We also took a kettle with us so we didn't have any problems. The treatment and the doctor were all good. We received 21 procedures. 2-3 procedures per day. The procedures were tailored to the maximum for 2 people, so we spent maximum time together. 1-2 times it happened that we had lunch or breakfast separately. Sometimes the procedure can be carried out earlier in time (depending on the type of procedure) by approaching and asking directly in the office. The staff is polite and speaks Russian and English.
