All of our treatments were of very good quality. Our treating doctor was very competent. The house staff were very helpful. We found the prompt change of bed linen and bathrobes very positive.

It would make sense to have a welcome folder or information folder in the room upon arrival. Unfortunately, a lot of information is only given upon direct request. E.g. information about the drinking cure, use of the swimming pool and the sauna. The opening times here did not match our user map. Spatial planning is also very complicated. A complete overview map in the room would be helpful. We had an apartment and only had two small multi-purpose glasses to use the minibar. A larger selection (beer and wine glasses) would make sense. We couldn't find any clarification for our problem at the hotel or a suitable contact person. Only after contacting the sanatorium could solutions be found.
