Czech cuisine is always impressive and very tasty... an even larger selection would be desirable! Especially since most guests believe that everything is included, but now they've really hit the ground running! Very nice, polite and open-minded staff. However, it is automatically assumed that all spa guests are Russian-speaking! The traditional Parkhotel RICHMOND has unfortunately abandoned and/or forgotten certain traditions. Despite signs and requests to adhere to the smoking ban, people smoke in these places! If only you would at least dispose of your "butts" afterwards and not just throw them away as usual! Signs such as Temporarily Closed or No Entry are also ignored by quite a few “recreation seekers”! I tried to change the room, which overlooks the car garage and the car lift route. At first there was obstruction at the reception - “Others live and nothing.” THIS lasted several minutes. Then it turned out that this was being resolved in another office for accepting orders. I visited this office and the issue was quickly resolved, but the Reception did not consider it necessary to inform me about it. They had to go to the order receiving office a second time, which surprised them. This probably offended the large woman at the reception desk. We arrived on my birthday. Not even one word of congratulations, not to mention flowers and gifts, like in other hotels. Never before have we encountered such indifferent staff towards guests. They are not welcoming, not interested in problems. The procedures are very mediocre, the underwater massage is only 5 minutes, the nurse left the oxygen during the procedure, it was very cold, no one is interested in the condition of the patients. Как правило, мы поздравляем наших клиентов с их юбилеями, но к сожалению в день Вашего приезда персонал не уследил за этим. В случае любых претензий всегда хорошо решать сразу у нас прямо. 1/2 с балконом плюс номера с балконом, стол, стул, комфортная мягкая мебель, размер комнаты около 15 м2 + прихожая 3м2 + ванная 4м2 = размер номера около 22 м2 . Благодарим Вас за то, что Вы приехали к нам лечиться и надеемся Вас у нас опять встретить.

I vacationed for two years in a row in May. One year in the apartment this year in the standard and I note that the cleaning was worse in the standard.
