Only positive impressions. The hotel has a large park area, the city is 7 minutes by bus. The room stock is excellent. Daily room cleaning, towels and bathrobes provided, promptly replaced with clean ones. Very responsive staff, everything is clear and organized. Excellent medical care.

I liked absolutely everything about the Richmond Hotel. After greeting us at the reception, we were told that the room they had prepared for us was better than what we had ordered. The room was really huge - a room of 40 m2. We really liked it right away. Treatment, food, staff work - everything is great. A couple of days later we appreciated the location of the hotel - it was always quiet. Indeed - everything for us, we relaxed while the staff worked. Since the renovation of the hotel was not completely completed, work is still underway and there is a smell of paint and various chemicals. In the first days, the heating did not work on the first and second floors, and partially on the 3rd floor. It was cold in the hotel, especially when taking treatments in the balneo and other rooms. The doors opened wide to the street. The rooms were cleaned disgustingly, with the exception of 2 days before departure - a very pleasant maid vacuumed, wiped off the dust, and cleaned the mirrors. Others even forgot to take out the trash from their rooms.

We came at a bad time: the hotel opened only after renovation. But the hotel staff did everything possible to ensure that our vacation and treatment were not overshadowed by anything. We have been vacationing in this hotel for several years now. Every year the hotel upgrades our room comfort class as a compliment for its consistency. It is very nice. During my vacation it was my birthday, the hotel congratulated me with a bouquet of flowers and a card. Again very nice. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff and management of the hotel for our quality stay!

The sanatorium was undergoing renovations and therefore there were excellent discounts. I have already rested in this sanatorium and noticed that the food has improved. New water procedures have appeared. The location of the hotel means you have to walk a lot. They gave me a great room. And overall the holiday was a success.Negatives
Repairs began earlier than planned. Small pool and one sauna for everyone.

The only thing is that my husband was prescribed several oxygen treatments that he did not need at all. As a result, he didn’t even go to them. It would be better if they prescribed a massage, there would be more benefits.

It’s good that you need to walk to the sources. We walked three times a day, warmed up well, you don’t walk that much at home. We are particularly pleased with the price the hotel offers. There's too much food. Since people come to treat their stomach, it is better not to offer so much; the temptation to eat well is difficult to overcome. The rooms could use some renovation.

Discreet and high-quality service in the room. In the evening it would have been a bit boring if we had not consciously sought silence and solitude (this is not the place for lovers of vibrant nightlife, entertainment centers are one and a half to two km from the sanatorium).Negatives
We arrived on Saturday, but the procedures began only on Monday. At the last moment, one of the procedures was canceled and rescheduled three times, and in the end I received only one of the three (albeit with the replacement of the other two with something else). An excursion to Prague (the agency manager was right there in the sanatorium) - I was forced to refuse it because two procedures needed to be rescheduled to other days, which they refused to talk to me about. My wife went with the loss of the procedure, since it was her first trip to the Czech Republic and she really wanted to see Prague.

We really enjoyed our stay in Richmond. everything is fine, no complaints. The food was normal, we weren’t hungry. but you still need to take full board, it’s more convenient. As a wish, it would be very nice to make a bathhouse in the sanatorium.

- The procedures start too early; sometimes you have to get up at 6 am. - For several days there was construction going on on our balcony, incl. with a hammer drill. - The hotel is relatively far from the pump rooms, given the generally imposed schedule of procedures, it’s difficult to go get a drink of water before lunch. But without any fuss around.
