I liked the Richmond sanatorium; many foreign friends come here. Everyone is delighted with the service and the hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable, the food is excellent. I would like to recommend that the hotel has a senior waiter or manager in the restaurant, who would monitor the lack of necessary things on the tables and the filling of the trays with food. This was noted by many visitors. There are no comments on the food itself, on the quality and quantity, as always. Claims about sluggishness in service due to lack of control.

We ordered 2 identical rooms at the same price. Our room turned out to be smaller and what’s more, after sleeping, my husband woke up with a sore back, because the mattress was dented, we decided to change the room. We were offered the same room as our friends, only with an additional payment of 8 euros per day, we did not understand why this was so, but we had to agree, because... You won’t be able to sleep on this mattress for two weeks.

This is not the first time we have vacationed in this hotel. Everyone here is almost like “native” people. But this year we were placed in a wonderful room, which we did not even expect. Everything is great in Richmond - the staff, treatment, food. We returned home healthier and rested. Many thanks to Dr. Kveta Podlipnaya. I would especially like to mention the Sanatoriums team. Thank you very much to all the staff of the sanatorium for a wonderful vacation! My husband and I vacationed in November 2018 for fifteen days. The hotel's excellent location, cozy room, attentive staff, high-quality wellness treatments, delicious food, and excellent weather allowed us to restore our health and return to a good mood. This was our third time in Karlovy Vary, but we stayed in different hotels. In the future, we plan to vacation only in Richmond.Negatives

As always everything is great! The location of the hotel is luxurious! In our opinion, Richmond is the most beautiful hotel in Karlovy Vary! Located on a plain, in a quiet and beautiful place! The staff is friendly and polite. Room cleaning is done daily. This year I was pleased with the women's locker room in the pool: it was very warm. We took into account the wishes of last year. It's nice. The food is good and quite varied. We were glad that our doctor, Mrs. Hana, made an appointment for us in advance. We are grateful to her for her attention. Very happy with everything. There are almost no cons. I would like massage therapists to give massages with full dedication, and not half-heartedly. Still, classical massage is of great importance for treatment.

I especially liked the mud wraps and baths and of course the treatment with carbon dioxide injections. Everyone was positive; not a single request was left unattended. We have been at the Richmond sanatorium since September 26th. Everything is great; the sanatorium itself, the weather, Karlovy Vary. We came to this sanatorium for the second time (before this we couldn’t settle on anything) and fell in love with Richmond the first time. And this year everything is at a loss: nutrition, treatment, attitude. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The resort is just great. We have been coming here for several years now. What captivates us most is its location - somewhat away from the resort crowd and in the park. It is no coincidence that it is called Parkhotel. Richmond is truly located in a park, and you could cut the air here with a knife, it’s so delicious! Very comfortable spacious rooms with balconies. (We take luxury). The food is varied. Half board is enough for us. It is also convenient that the source is located directly in the housing. I also really like the pool complex. The mineral water pool is not working (for the second year already). There are some nasty big spiders on the ceilings in the corridor. The WIFI in the room is poor. My wife and I come at the same time for the second year in a row! The good news is that we meet vacationers at the sanatorium whom we met last year. We chose this resort based on its location. Park area, forest across the road and behind the sanatorium. This year we made a discovery for ourselves. The forest across the road is all cut up with paths! Some are paved (possibly too much). Walking along the paths is a special pleasure. The routes vary in complexity and length. Walking in the forest lifts your mood and lowers your blood pressure! The building of the sanatorium can be said to be luxurious. The architecture of the 18th and 19th centuries particularly appeals to me. This year we were placed in the same room as last year. If this is the policy of the sanatorium, then special respect! We like the room! We arrived at the sanatorium after 14-00, lunch ended at 13-30, but nevertheless they fed us lunch. Special thanks to the restaurant staff! The dishes in the restaurant have become more dietary, everything is boiled and baked, which on the one hand pleases, and on the other saddens. Sometimes you want to eat something HARMFUL! Wonderful pancakes with sour cream, duck - super (this year they served it only once. It’s a shame). The treatment is good! All the staff are very friendly. The procedures prescribed by doctor Kveta Pdlipna are pleasant and useful! The time spent in the sanatorium brought many pleasant impressions! I would especially like to note the presence of a swimming pool and sauna. Swimming after dinner and taking a steam bath is a special thrill (I’m not afraid of this word). I would like to mention masseuses Christina and Betka, thank you! Different massage techniques give an amazing effect and improve your mood. Room cleaning is always high quality and fast. The maids are attentive to their duties. Overall, the resort creates an excellent relaxing atmosphere! I almost forgot. The Tepla River flows through the territory of the sanatorium. There are a lot of fish in the river, I want to go fishing, but I probably can’t, so I limit myself to only feeding the fish. It's fun to watch how the fish jump out of ambush, grabbing a piece of bread that fell into the water! In general, my wife and I enjoy our stay at the sanatorium. A lot of positive things! The weather in Karlovy Vary in the fall can be rainy, and when going for a walk you want to take an umbrella with you. but, oops, there’s no umbrella! last year umbrellas were on sale, but this year they are not. It would be great to have at least one copy of this wonderful accessory in each room. We arrive at the end of August beginning of September. It's already cool at this time of year. Coolness in the room itself is great, but in the bathroom you want warmth. I have to contact the reception a couple of times. After which the brave plumbers come and voila, it becomes comfortable to visit the bathroom! Thanks for taking care of me! This is not negative but information for guests. Don’t be shy, contact the staff and they will do everything for you!
