You have to wash close to the wall. Periodically (rarely) there is a clicking sound in the table with the refrigerator, quite loud and sometimes at night. We were at the sanatorium on New Year's Eve. I really liked it! Interesting cultural program, festive atmosphere! And most importantly - silence! The festive fireworks only briefly interrupted it. I highly recommend a New Year's trip to those who are tired of chaotic and long fireworks displays. Very nice staff, speaking Russian. The rooms are clean. I really liked the treatment, especially the classic massage (almost Soviet school). The food is amazing, thanks to the chef and all the staff! Hotel 6 times. And probably the last one. The last three times were chronic repairs. There are workers everywhere, dirt, pipes, cables and open doors to the street. No peace. People get colds. (including my children). They thought of installing hand sanitizer after 10 days. There are many sick people in the hotel. The quality of food has become worse (especially hot dishes - they are made from cheaper products and are often not tasty at all. In recent days, the thermal water has been turned off. The hotel is like on an island - not a single pedestrian crossing. People run across the road like hares - they wait for an accident and then they will draw. First they put us in rooms where renovations began the next day. They barely moved them. Apart from air and water, everything else is negative. 1. During our stay at the Richmond sanatorium, renovations began, so the room was noisy, we should have been warned about this. The period of our stay is from 01/04/20 - 01/12/20. 2. A classic partial massage should last 20 minutes, in fact it lasted 10-13 minutes (unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the massage therapist, I know that he is from Ukraine).

We were there from December 20th to December 29th. In 2019 again over the holidays at the Parkhotel Richmond in Karlsbad. This was our 9th visit to this hotel. Years ago - on our first visits - we were totally thrilled. We can only describe everything as excellent. EVERYTHING is just right! This time we even had a large, very nice apartment in this beautiful house. Everyone is nice and tries hard, the food is very varied and tasty, the furnishings give you the feeling of being a little "Sissi". We love this style of furnishing. The hotel is also located in a beautiful park and despite being close to the city, it is nice and quiet. We're definitely going to Richmond again this year - but the timing hasn't been decided yet. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing holiday and also want to take advantage of the spa program, the Richmond is the perfect place for you.Negatives

The room was small in the far corner and, apparently, above the kitchen))) Of course, without a balcony, but they couldn’t open the window because of the smells of food. It was possible to change it only for an extra charge of 30 euros per day. Occasionally, there was an unprofessional attitude from the medical staff (my friend, a very respected doctor by profession), and the doctor clearly took the side of the staff! But there was no kettle in the room and I was offered to take boiling water from the nurse in a thermos. This is extremely inconvenient. Good afternoon My impressions of relaxation and treatment at the Richmond sanatorium. Accommodation: I'll give it a rating of 3. Room 207 turned out to be very unfortunate. The impression is that I lived at the station. The window looked out onto the parking lot, the sanatorium employees apparently came to work, there was a conversation, slamming car doors, and a little later they took away and brought in cargo. Exactly the same picture was at 22.00. The room itself with one window seemed uncomfortable, the mattress in the bed was very soft. The room itself was located next to the head doctor’s office, so there was constant proximity to vacationers waiting to be seen. The treatment that was prescribed was done in a timely manner and can be said to be of high quality, there are no complaints. The pool seemed cold, 27-28 degrees was unacceptable for vacationers with sore joints, and there were quite a lot of them. For this reason I did not visit the pool. At my request, to prescribe manual lymphatic drainage, because... with my disease of arthrosis of the knee joints, the hardware caused severe pain, the doctor refused due to the fact that there was no room. It’s a shame that I couldn’t somehow treat my illness. The food is excellent, everything is thought out, for vacationers suffering from gastrointestinal diseases. Everyone at the resort, from the maids, doctors, waitresses and cooks, were kind. Thank you, Sanatoriums staff, for providing a free transfer from KV airport to the sanatorium, no complaints.
